എനിക്കുണ്ടായ ഒരു രസകരമായ അനുഭവം പറയാം .. ഒരിക്കൽ ബൈജ്യൂസിന്റെ ഒരു റോബോട്ടിക് - കോഡിങ് ക്ലാസ്സിന്റെ പരസ്യം കണ്ടു എനിക്ക് താൽപ്പര്യം തോന്നി .. എന്റെ കുട്ടിക്ക് അത് പഠിക്കാനുള്ള പ്രായം ആവാത്തത് കൊണ്ട് ക്ലാസ്സിനെ ക്കുറിച്ചു കൂടുതൽ അറിയാൻ പെങ്ങളുടെ മകന്റെ പേരിൽ ഒരു ട്രയൽ ക്ലാസ് ബുക്ക് ചെയ്തു ..ഓൺലൈൻ ക്ലാസ് ആയിരുന്നു .. ക്ലാസ്സിന്റെ ദിവസം അവനു കയറാനായില്ല .. തന്ന ലിങ്കിൽ ഞാൻ കയറി .. അതൊരു വെബ്ബിനാർ ക്ലാസ് ആയിരുന്നു .. കുറച്ചു നേരം ഞാൻ അത് കേട്ടിരുന്നു .. കുറച്ചു കഴിഞു ഞാൻ നിർത്തി പോയി ..
3-4 ദിവസം കഴിഞ്ഞു എനിക്ക് അവരുടെ call വന്നു.. കുട്ടിയുടെ ക്ലാസ് എങ്ങനെയുണ്ടായിരുന്നു എന്ന് ചോദിച്ചു .. അവൻ കുഴപ്പമില്ല എന്ന് പറഞ്ഞു എന്ന് ഞാൻ വെറുതെ പറഞ്ഞു.. പിന്നെ അവൻ മാർകെറ്റിംഗിലേക്ക് കടന്നു .. ക്ലാസ്സിന്റെ സമയത് കുട്ടിയുടെ സ്‌കിൽസ് അവർ evaluate ചെയ്‌തെന്നും കുട്ടി മിടുക്കനാണ് പക്ഷെ ചില പോരായ്മകൾ ഉണ്ടെന്നുമൊക്കെയുള്ള detailed ആയിട്ട് കാര്യങ്ങൾ പറഞ്ഞു.. എനിക്ക് ചിരി വരുന്നുണ്ടായിരുന്നു .. അവനെ വെറുതെ നാറ്റിക്കണ്ട എന്ന് കരുതി കുട്ടി ക്ലാസ് അറ്റൻഡ് ചെയ്തില്ല എന്ന് ഞാൻ പറഞ്ഞില്ല..
കുട്ടിയുടെ സ്‌കിൽസ് ഇമ്പ്രൂവ് ചെയ്യാനുള്ള അവരുടെ കോഴ്സുകളും പ്ലാനുകളും വിളമ്പാൻ തുടങ്ങി .. ഒഴിവാക്കാൻ നോക്കിയിട്ട് അവൻ വിടുന്ന ലക്ഷണം ഇല്ല.. അവസാനം ഞാൻ പറഞ്ഞു ബൈജ്യൂസിനെ പറ്റി ഇപ്പൊ മോശം അഭിപ്രായം ആണെന്നും അതുകൊണ്ട് തല്ക്കാലം എടുക്കുന്നില്ല എന്നും ..ഇത് പറഞ്ഞു ഒഴിവാക്കാം എന്ന് കരുതി.. പക്ഷെ അവൻ വിടുന്ന മട്ടില്ല .. അവൻ ന്യായീകരണം തുടങ്ങി .. അങ്ങനെയല്ല ഇങ്ങനെയാണ് എന്നൊക്കെ വൻ മാർക്കറ്റിംഗ് .. അവസാനം ഇവൻ വിടാൻ ഭാവം ഇല്ല എന്ന് ഉറപ്പായപ്പോൾ ഞാൻ പറഞ്ഞു ..

എന്റെ വീട്ടിലും വന്നിരുന്നു, മോൾക്കുവേണ്ടി app ഇൻസ്റ്റാൾ ചെയ്തിരുന്നു ഞങ്ങൾ, കുഞ്ഞിനെ ചേർക്കുന്ന കാര്യം എല്ലാം സംസാരിച്ചു, ഞങൾ കരുതി കുറച്ചു fees ഒക്കെ ആകാതൊല്ലന്നെ, but pancard ചോദിച്ചു അപ്പോളാണ് മനസിലായത് 25000, മുകളിൽ ആണേ ഫീസന്നെ, ഞങ്ങൾ വേണ്ടന്നുപറഞ്ഞു, പിന്നീട് പലപ്പോഴും വിളിച്ചോണ്ടിരുന്നു വേണ്ടാന്ന് പറഞ്ഞിട്ടും. പിന്നീട് ദേഷ്യത്തിൽ തറപ്പിച്ചുപറഞ്ഞു, ശേഷം app un install ചെയ്തു. പിന്നീട് വിളിച്ചിട്ടില്ല.

Byju's is a great teacher. He has just slided because his app business went down because there were other ways to learn without spending much money. For me covid days were the time when the app was used after free download. My children got a great bodyguard in the name of Byju's. I enrolled my son for math and coding. I took for whole 1 year for both. My son completed Math. Since my son was not interested in coding he wanted to discontinue the course and they paid me back the balance amount. I did not face any bad experience in that aspect. The only bad experience I had is their aggressive marketing. Even though my son was enrolled for 2 courses at a time. They still were marketing for their music class and continuously reaching me out for that. I felt that annoying. I raised my concerns and they stopped calling me after that. But apart from that I really liked the way they taught my son. He got individual attention and feedback at regular intervals. I was so happy they returned the money back without any questions when I wanted to discontinue.
