People across the world say they find the easiest, quickest ways to open them without destroying the meat, but the truth is as long as the meat isn’t ripped to shreds when you pull it out it’s fine.

I really enjoy watching Zach’s videos so much, he is very talented and I like the way he films the preparation of the food before he eats it. Fantastic visuals and sound. I would call him a food artist and performer.
I’m from Maryland, in the US, and breaking down a bushel of blue crab is like a rite of passage. You steam them in Old Bay. You spread them out for days on newspaper. You drink Natty Boh. Zach is a legend. This video makes me soooo happy. A Maryland blue crab is much smaller, so you need to buy them by the bushel, but unearthing all the meat in any crab takes some skill
