4 heads of garlic
1/2 of a white onion
1 tsp ginger powder or pickled garlic
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp paprika
1 tsp black pepper
1 tbsp cayenne pepper (adjust for a milder flavored sauce)
1 tsp onion powder
1 tsp oregano
1 tsp lemon pepper
1 tsp chilli powder
1 tsp cajun seasoning
2 tsp old bay seasoning
1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
1 tsp hot sauce
1 tsp salt
1 tsp brown sugar
