Bro my body is dealing with the same thing. I didn’t go to doctor. Or therapist. But it got healed in some time. Don’t worry! But yeah if you have money to go to chiropractor then go for it. Because it’s so important and cupping too! There’s nothing to worry about. But yeah it might stay the same for so long tbh. It heals but not completely because I still lifted heavy in pain. Don’t do that mistake.
Hi Keerat, there are two types of yams , one is yam and second is potato yam and the difference between the two is one is of brown colour which Feanshu bought the other day from Costco and the second is purple from outside which you can buy from Walmart or may be freshco and the purple one is the one which we used to eat in India.
