Sorry to differ a thought, but Indian Medical system is way batter and quality of Doctors are also superior.
You can not compare your situation with whats been happening within the Medical system Canada wide. People are struggling to get a doctor in case of brain tumour its 20 days waiting for scan.... this is only one example....hope no one has to go to doctors in Canada

Would suggest to try Desi Ghee from brand Verka. Not exactly like we get in India but I believe it’s way better than Nanak.
Cupping and massage therapy had helped me with my back pain . There was time in my life where I couldn’t move much. I had go in weekly for 2 months before I got better. I would suggest wait on acupuncture for little bit. When you get better . Try to do hatha hot yoga once a week. It is so good .

Get well soon Feanshu, you can use spine belt also it’ll give you support and keep on doing as much heat pad and cold pad on the back it will give you little bit relief. Also take your appointment from your family doctor so you can get physiotherapist appointment quickly, from there exercise, yoga and stretching you will able to recover

Hi, I wasn’t planning to comment, but I thought my comment would be a help when I heard you tell Kuku to pull your fingers for relaxation. That is the worst thing that you can do to yourself during this time. I’m no doctor, but because I have gone through the exact same pain and situation in November here in Canada and I’ve had a continuous issue with my back like that, the first thing that they tell you to do is stop any kind of stretches for sometime when you have an active pain. Secondly you need to rest it out for at least two weeks. You’ll feel better, but still not at your best. It takes good one or two months to recover from this, it is nothing but a muscle swelling or inflammation. If it has nothing to do with your nerves or your bones. You’re good. When you do a lot of strenuous activities. It swells up your muscles and then it takes time to recover. Just rest it out, give it some time. Go to a physiotherapist to get some back exercises that you can do slowly. I have a few myself that I am told to do every day now. Just be careful that you don’t pull another muscle trying to rectify the situation.
Having said that, it’s important to move your body regularly during this resting period not pressurising the muscles, but just but just a warmup walk is good enough to relax your muscles, ice and hot compression alternatively, will work like magic because it’s a muscle inflammation and for the next time, remember, whenever you have an active pain rested out, do not do your stretches or your excise on top of that thinking that it’s gonna make it better. It makes it worse.
