Hi Lachlan Yes that is exactly what you do Your Aluminium finishes flush with the top of the tile Make sure you silicone well to waterproof making sure your ends are done also then the screen goes over it Thanks mate for the question 👍😄 Chriso
@@candtmarbleandceramics I’m doing a bathroom reno in a few weeks and just wanting you opinion on how I should go about it. Currently has a moulded poly marble shower base and the client wants a tiled base with a screen from wall to wall. It’s on a concrete substrate, should I just use a aluminium angle where the screen is going and screed from that?
Hi Mate yes sorry That video was one of my first Learn,t slot about explaining my self It's about having fall to the waste without splitting the tile Thanks for watching my channel 👍🫶😄 Chris o

Square fall or bowl fall, you should split the shower corner to corner to stop them jacking up
Is that a fast drying premix screed you used? I like the idea of not having to use extra glue to fill in any low spots.
Hi Lachlan
It's not fast drying but it still goes off pretty quick
Thanks for your question 👍
