I'm currently level 20 on this build and I'm loving it. Especially once you get the Ebony Blade. I'm playing as an Orc, and have added the werewolf to it as an early level advantage.
At what level did you get the long hammer ?
@@mightyra2730 I never got the hammer. Just used a great sword till 20 and then got the ebony blade.
Mighty RA try using the bloodskal blade
U can use the orc rage ability just before turning into a werewolf and you will still have the half damage taken double damage output effects for the duration of the ability.

For those of you that are not aware, I’m moving house tomorrow. Unfortunately, I will have no internet for potentially over a week. I have set some videos to release while I am not able to upload though.
There are lots of things I’ve been wanting to share with you guys over the last few weeks but I’ve just not had the time to put them together, with the stress and time that moving house creates. I hope you understand if there is a slight drop in video frequency for a week or two though.
On another subject I will be starting TH-cam full time after I have moved house, so I’ve left the field of architecture for now and we will see how it goes over the next year. I’m excited and I hope you are all around for this journey!

If the masque of clavicus vile is equiped with the rest of the set being ebony armor or the ebony mail, then the matching set perk still applies last time I checked. It makes you look like a some king of horned shade when the poison effect of the armor is activated and it looks really cool if one wants to go for a demon-like aesthetic.

I'm not too sure what level, but it is a part of the quest that you get when first get to the east entrance to falkreath, a guard will ask if you've seen a dog and that is the start of the quest that will lead to getting the masque.
you need to go falkreath and its over.Guard will want yo to talk lod and lod will want you to find his dog.Once you've find dog,dog will talk and engage a daedric artifact quest.

For an updated version of this build, try this
1. Switch to the Lord Stone and get the Agent of Mara buff for 40% magic resistance.
2. Complete Brelyna's side quest at Winterhold College for a guaranteed necklace of magic resistance.
3. If you have the Fishing creation club, the Ring of Phynaster gives an additional 20% magic resistance.
4. Get the Secret of Protection power from the book “Filament and Filigree,” for 50% reduced physical and magic damage for 30 seconds.
5. Find the Book "Swallow Regent" to get the Seeker of Might buff, which boosts weapon damage and armor rating.
With the Lord Stone, Seeker of Might, and heavy armor perks, you'll achieve nearly 530 armor (close to the cap of 567) with Ebony Mail, gauntlets, boots, and helmet.

ESO - Fallout & Elder Scrolls Guides I'm not going to post a long and comlpicated adjustment as I just did on your tank video (Check that out, people, many good tips), but I WILL say this: Unenchanted longhammer + Elemental Fury + Spam normal attack = Meat grinder with about three hits per second, coupling with the armor penetration from the perk to down anything in seconds

it was my first character choice of race and it was perfect for me who loves using magic and they dominated with it. of course orc was the most over powered with their double damage ability plus the shout that let's you hit faster . I could wreck a legendary dragon as soon as it lands

Oh! By the way. If you're tired of the look of the helm, you can use the Masque of Clavicus Vile. It and Ebony Mail are ebony pieces, so it will complete the Matching Set perk for ebony armor, which grants an additional 25% armor bonus if wearing a matched set of Heavy Armor. Also, when wearing all ebony pieces, you get shrouded in more blackness. I did test to see if it works with CV's masque and couldn't tell the difference, so I'm assuming it also works with it.
This is hands down the most detailed and helpful build walkthrough I've ever seen for any game ever. You've gained a sub.

For a vampire, it's better to go the Mage route, I suggest night blade style but lean Mage, using bound dagger, bound bow and bound Sword for your weapons. Dark elves have a natural resistance to fire, so it would almost completely negate the aversion to fire effect you get from vampirism. Or, a Breton would be good especially for a magic user. I'm running a Vampiric Breton Necromancer right now and it's worked out well, the key is to upgrade conjuration to 100 before doing anything else. Then the rest is a cakewalk, because you can just find powerful conjures like wrathmen and seekers to tank for you. Sneak is also really important for the night blade style, you can use conjuration to train your sneak too. Summon an atronach or daedra and crouch behind it. Strike it once and back off a sec. I've gotten to level 50 sneak doing this. Conjuration can help you train almost all the combat based skills to a decent level.
actually if you choose to follow hadvar instead of ralof when alduin happens in the beginning of the game, you can make your sneak legendary in around 15 minutes, by grabbing a random sword, and simply not completing the objective. this exploit is because until you reach riverwood, he is considered an essential character, and can't die, and he will never hit back until then either. conjuration is also the easiest skill to get legendary multiple times, because the chances are, by the time you get it legendary, you'll have at least expert level spells for it, which can raise your level five times at lower levels.
mr_dino42 There's also where if you follow either of them at the beginning of the game just hit them in the back (daggers are the fastest so that's preferable) while you are in the bear cave.Also, I think there is something similar to that you can do to the greybeards.
on a side note, the perk block runner which is on the shield side of the blocking tree works with everything. when you have this perk you run at full speed while blocking with two handed weapons too, it can be very useful for dodging around some trickier attacks like hermeus mora's weird fish-like giants...

Best to note there are a few enemies immune to the drain health affect of the Ebony blade such as all dwarven enemies and ash spawn
For companions you want to get Teldryn Sero. He can level up to 60, which is higher than Serana, and is a spell sword so he summons an atronach and uses destruction magic as well as the best weapon in his inventory. Definitely in my opinion the best companion.

No, I'm sorry, but Critical damage is "deals 50% more damage of the base weapon damage" unless this has been changed in SE. Which means on the ebony blade you have an additional... *drumroll* 5.5 damage! that scales with NOTHING!. that's it. 3 THREE! perk points for a one in five chane to do 5 extra damage. However, the real reason criticals are awesome is staggering. are three perk points worth a one in five chance to stagger almost any enemy? Maybe. But, my rant was mostly spawned by the massively incorrect information on criticals and reasoning for the perk. Stagger? Good, damage? what damage?
Oh, and I'm unsure which way it goes, but the Ebony Mail may not count for the matched set. Since it's technically not traditional ebony armor.
And finally, Bones of the Earth is not "Once a day" It's one, trudge all the way back to Solsteihm, reuse the Earth All-Maker Stone, and use it again.

since ebony blade swing very fast, it will benefit you alot since enemy stagger = few more extra hit

Maybe I'm late to the party, but the creative club dlc that gives the quest A Dying Wish where you pick one of three altars, if you pick the Altar of Power you can pick up a full set of unenchanted ebony armor in the arena. I've gotten it as early as level 5. Could probably get it at level 1.
To be totally honest, this is my favorite Skyrim build.
Man remastered looks so awesome! I wish I wasn't a 360 peasent, but I just can't afford a PS4 or a PC. ;~;
Mods are canceled for PS4. And you can't get remastered on old gen consoles. He is just using mods for PC.

I know right, I can easily buy either platform but I've always been a sony fanboy. Not hating on any other I just like ps designs better, controls, less cables. Only time I both consoles was last gen, I had xbox 360 and ps3 cause of friends and they both were great consoles but I still like play station.
How can you have less cables? My Xbox has 2 wires, my PS4 has 2 wires, MY PC set up has 2 wires... I know some people like to fan boy their shit for no reason but at least say something relevant.

Great video as always by the way just curious have you ever heard of the agent of Mara ability because if you haven't it's an amazing ability that gives you a permanent 15 percent resistance to magic and I think it would do wonders in a build like this given that it would go a long way to patching up this builds weakness to spell casters and to get all you have to do is a very easy quest. the only reason I mention this is because I watch a lot of your videos and I've never heard you mention it so I don't know if you knew it existed or not. if you do know about it or have mentioned it in a previous video I apologize in advance I just wanted to inform you that this power existed
i cant believe how detailed and helpful all of these builds are!
The great sword perk that does crit damage only does a bonus of the root damage. The root weapon is 11 regardless of magic or 2 hand skill and perk improvements.
So in 1 out of 5 attacks you do an extra 11 damage. That’s 2 damage per swing.
Hey ESO I recommend you to try the Ordinator Perk Overhaul. And if you want to make a lore-based dragonborn build then add Individualized Shout Cooldown mod to it. The main problem would be that you are too overpowered in the end game.

Your solid with a light armor build considering you cannot upgrade/enhance the ebony blade light armor is actually better in my opinion. You get better stamina stats movement speed, & still hit the armor cap..... (you may have to use smithing but so what he uses smithing with the heavy armor build anyway)
Light armor smithing also require less perks & dodging damage in legendary is always better than reflecting/returning minimal bullshit damage

I've always used a build like this since I discovered the Ebony Blade. I also go for the Conditioning perk so I can also play a stealth character since the heavy armor that you're wearing weighs nothing. Only difference is that I use full dragonplate armor because I like the look of it.

what a lot of people seem to overlook is:
you can animation cancel your normal attack by clicking LM once and then immediatly click and hold LM again so you perform a normal attack and right when the damage of it comes in you perform a power attack. it is great to fight big enemies you dont want to stand near to too long. you give them this blow and it might even stagger them.

Block Runner actually works without a shield. Especially if you are sneaking, just block with your sword or dagger and you can move faster. Works well for stealth builds.

Without any crafting upgrade the Masque of Clavicus Vile is much better (it has the same base armor as a Daedric helmet) . . . the downside is it can not be upgraded, but for a build like this it is perfect

So you can either buy the skyrim remastered game from steam on PC. Or you can get the original Skyrim on pc and all the downloadable content (or just skyrim legendary edition). Then you will get skyrim remastered for free.

Try just crafting your own blade and putting a health enchant on it or find a health enchanted blade maybe
Being reminded of ebony blade helps me with my current super hardcore pure melee legendary difficulty I'm doing currently. Every single skill disabled except for one handed, 2h, block, heavy armor, speech and lockpicking. everything else is banned including stamina restoring items, training purchase, followers, summons, archery, no exploits, mods, cheesing, getting free hits on hadvar/ralof, no stealing, sneak attacking or crime unless nedeed by quest. 2H is really one of the best because of it's highest dmg stat. It just scales way more when you get something increasing it's damage
Note that the Shield Runner perk in the Block tree does actually allow for greater mobility with weapons as well. Ignore that it says you can only move faster with shields.

He levels to 81 but he has a bug where he will only cast novice spells. So he works well as a tank but not for damage.

I really never got "build guides" for Skyrim. I mean, the game isnt that hard.
for roleplaying aspects. Character builds don't really suit skyrim though; as you are a jack of all trades. Older games like oblivion and morrowind are better for builds, but no one is really interested in them games

Youngerhampster Dyslexia is not voluntary and it is not limited to reading and writing words correctly. A dyslexic person can have heard a word a million times and may still be unable to, or have difficulty with, pronouncing that word correctly (or at all). It can also vary from time to time. For example, ESO sometimes pronounces "Draugr" in a very strange way and sometimes he pronounces it as they say it in the game; it is not voluntary when he pronounces it weirdly.

For you new tank builds...
Don't forget about the rare awesome heavy orc armor set from the Blacksmiths' bodyguard in the Embershard Mine mission. Get the guards journal in the guards barracks just inside the main gate of Whiterun, on the left. Gives you this quest.
Armor includes heavy armor bonus, carry more weight, blacksmith bonus and one other... I can't remember right now... (Out shopping, lol).
You can get this after training at Helgen. Perfect for starting out. Comes with 3 other standard orc armor sets for a follower. Happy gaming.
Great pool of information. Been watching Grubby play Warcraft 3 a lot lately and was cooking up at BladeMaster themed build. I was going for illusion, sneak and light armour for Wind walk+invisibility effect. But Heavy armor and block look more useful and skill point efficient.

Tried this out, ebony blade simply does not do enough dps on higher difficulties due to its lack of being upgradable. Sure, it does 30 points of absorb health, but you can’t just “add” that to the base damage of the weapon. It’s a DOT (damage over time) that doesn’t stack. And it’s weak anyway. It doesn’t absorb enough health to keep you alive when vampires are absorbing it right back lol
to it’s credit, j will say this is probably a great weapon to level 2 handed with. you’ll be doing plenty of swings
Thanks for this one! Plan on redoing Skyrim when the special edition is release. On PC but going to do a vanilla run to see just how special the special edition really is. I'll probably do this build since it resembles my first build I ever played the game with. It's been so many years since i've done a 2h warrior type build.
I absolutely love The Longhammer weapon!!! The Ebony Blade haven't really used it as much but after this video yeah i'll give it a shot!!

For an updated version of this build, try this
1. Switch to the Lord Stone and get the Agent of Mara buff for 40% magic resistance.
2. Complete Brelyna's side quest at Winterhold College for a guaranteed necklace of magic resistance.
3. If you have the Fishing creation club, the Ring of Phynaster gives an additional 20% magic resistance.
4. Get the Secret of Protection power from the book “Filament and Filigree,” for 50% reduced physical and magic damage for 30 seconds.
5. Find the Book "Swallow Regent" to get the Seeker of Might buff, which boosts weapon damage and armor rating.
With the Lord Stone, Seeker of Might, and heavy armor perks, you'll achieve nearly 530 armor (close to the cap of 567) with Ebony Mail, gauntlets, boots, and helmet.
