You did a perfect fixing job! The way you fixed the vest and jacket is so amazing. The face after fixing looks much better and more natural. Great work!
VERY nice. I think you could have heated up the jacket and removed it without cutting it. The only thing that looks a little off is how now there is one button on each side of the jacket.
I hope to grab this guy just so I have him alongside my Spider-Man figures, considering that he and Daredevil share Kingpin as one of their biggest enemies.
Really nice job! You definitely made the right call using putty for the vest instead of cloth. Randomly adding soft goods to plastic figures just looks weird. Now that you've cut the jacket open, is there a way to transfer the top button over to the other side?
🤔🤔I assume it is possible to slice the button off, sand the surface and glue it onto the other side. But my cuts aren’t that clean, it seems too much of a risk for me 😖
I have this figure but i bought a Brother Love figure and used that for thee body it added hight and size to make him bigger then my other villians and heros. Love what you man i always get inspired watching you're videos.
I do have him but i don't have your skills so I might try to find a different jacket overlay that I can mod to fit and as far as the diamond cane goes i might try casting a new top out of uv resin and gluing it on.
This came out great man I’m hoping you’ll work more with sculpting. Everyone is using that MCU Quicksilver figure for a vigilante Daredevil. You can just sculpt over the head after some modding. Either way I can’t wait to see more Daredevil and Punisher. Hm even a yellow suit?
You did a fantastic job with this. The thing with the figure is it is too short. The actor who plays Kingpin is 6ft 4. He's an inch taller than Chris Hemsworth who is 6ft 3.
The painted head is such a wonder! The fixed face looks so real. Ken’s paint work is more than excellent!
Most of the people I've seen mod a Kingpin figure used the body of a Mcfarlane DC Multiverse Penguin from The Batman to give him his imposing size.
I did that mod also
The epoxy putty vest is a great idea. It makes Kingpin look more massive and more screen accurate.
Using epoxy putty to make the vest turns out successfully. The vest looks so real. Amazing!

If only marvel legends would've done this, it would've been fire. Exellent job Ken!
this looks so much better, given him alot more bulk, and paint is amazing as always
you nailed it. the face improvement was incredible!
Now that professor x is up for pre order you should cell shade it like X men 97!
It's rumored we are getting a x men 97 professor x next year
Peobably my favorite custom of yours! The paint touch ups in the face made it look 1000% better!
Wow that head repaint was night and day difference ! I’m not a painter but definitely convinced me in trying this
Total transformation so great I’d be proud to put that next to a Spider-Man or Daredevil figure
GREAT WORK !!!!! 💜💜💜😱😱😱

Wow. Awesome. That face repaint is amazing

@@KenIMakeIt Makes sense.
I was going to ask the same question. But I understand not wanting to take a razor to it

Wow! exactly the video that I need!

Nice Video! Can you do a Tutorial on how you made those Dioramas? Cause I collect Marvel Legends Figures Too! And I need to know how I can do that!

hi ken nice video all I wanted to say if u get superior Ironman Baf figure can u do a repaint ❤
What sandpaper grit did u use when sanding him down?
Like the head, hated everything else.
First. Also I had the question that when is the Infinity war diorama coming
Not yet! I still need to paint 1 or 2 figures first 😖
they should have made the Kingpin bigger.
You could have gotten a small fake diamond from a craft store
when I was a boy 🗣️
The botton is a fail
