The fz6 ist truly one of the best bikes for trips! I love this bike so much that i bought it again after 10 years, now im gonna modify it to my specific needs and ride it as long as possible. Your video is a perfekt honour for the fz6.
I've just got back from a 50 mile ride on my FZ6. Your vid makes my trip look silly but I bet I had a similar smile on my face when I got off the bike pub:)
I bought mine with 34000km on the clock in Feb 2012 and did 20000km 12500miles in 15 months. Same engine as the R6, and the R6 can rev to 19000rpm. These bikes are very reliable, but are still like women. You need to look after them, and they will give you hours of riding pleasure. One thing to be aware of is water on the electronics. It does jerk when there is some water where it's not suppose to be. Go ahead and do your trips, won't regret it.

I'm 1.86 m tall, will i look funny on Fazer 600? I mean, will the bike look like a toy compared to me? I won't look ridiculous and absurd with my height on it?
I am 1.98 m. Lowered my footpegs, raised my handlebar and I think I do not look stupid. But I would not care. Let people think. That is up to them and I can not control that. I own an fz6 s2 and it drives very nice. Had an fjr1300, diversion xjs 900 but considdered the light weight of the fazer, for Alpine driving ik like it more! I hope to do several years with it.
