52:10 it ended up not mattering cause they had Destroy Evil but wasn't it just way better there to take the hit and end step breach, still killing colonnade but also getting to attack and get another trigger?

Makeshift Mannequin has been one of the better reanimate spells for me. Most of the time, the damage has been done once the reanimate target touches the battlefield. It's also great against control.

The manniquin is a replacement effect bc it becomes an illusion, path didn't resolve, just targeted

You understand that if you're makeshift mannikining Emrakul the downside is completely negated, right?

I see what you're thinking but unfortunately that's not the case - while Emrakul does have protection from SPELLS that are one or more colors, abilities and effects still work. Example, if my opponent has a triggered or activated ability that targets Emrakul, such as opposition, it immediately dies because of the mannequin counter
