Apparently Kanami and Miku started writing the song before TW went to Japan, and TW started to learn it before they got there. TW reportedly did suggest some changes to help with the English lyrics, and perhaps their own mini-solos. 😎👍
The two bands met for the first time at the Aftershock Festival in California 2022, both fans of each others music, thought was we should collab on something together and later song written and The Warnings first Asian Tour scheduled later Here is this. The Warning spent 2 weeks with Band Maid in Japan.
There was also about 5 years ago there was a claim made that there was bad blood between the two bands. Both BM TW and TWA denied it but it still persisted like thing do on the internet. To prove it was not true there was talk that they would get together once they had a chance. Nobody knew how or what that would be, but it was well worth the wait. 😊
Thanks again from Japan 有難う 💛。 I witnessed the live debut of this song 😍 that was played as the encore & finale of the special concert by Band-Maid & The Warning on June 12 in Roppongi, Tokyo . My seat was located on the 2nd floor but in the center meaning in front of the two drummers. I was in bliss! It looked to me that Paulina and Akane literally and happily competed like a duel to see which drummer can kick harder enough to break their bass drum in the joint performance. 🤣 (FYI : In the special concert, The Warning, who opened as the special guest, performed so powerful that the Maids were fired up to start their turn with fullest energy as the hostess band. It was fun like a kind of martial arts between two fighters respecting each other. 😄)
To think The Warning and Band-Maid were able to put this together in such a short time, write the song, tweak it for both bands, practice it to the point they could play it live when the two bands did a joint concert in Tokyo, make a MV and still have time to do a PRS interview featuring Kanami and Dani, just amazing! And do some sight seeing too boot!
A great jam session-style song between eight friends who all happen to be world-class musicians. Loved the empowering and uplifting message it conveys, too :)
The Warning just performance on the main stages of both Wacken and Pol'and'Rock and killed it. There are official videos of Six Feet Deep at Wacken and Disciple at Pol'and'Rock.

Johi, good to hear your reaction. When two bands are friends, and have fantastic musical talents, great things can happen. Now I suggest we help them by requesting local radio stations by “Show Then”. Just an idea.
This collaboration was perfect. It definitely left all of us wanting more. And, I'm with you. Who do we have to bribe to get a full album and tour of The Warning and Band-Maid? Im willing to loose some fingers and toes for that. 🤘🐴🤘

Since the girls in TW have said they are perfectionists, I believe they have a flawless work structure. They probably have everything planned in detail, so there isn´t any time wasted. This makes it much more easy to get ahead and get time to spare.

After watching them do this live, I wasn't expecting a studio version, what a great surprise, and it's awesome.
