      Our State Courts just removed 2 Jefferson County Commissioners here in W.V. for failure to come to work and made them pay back their pay checks + penalties . Maybe NM Ethics Committee should check into that .. they're next !

    You are correct, let them dig their own hole. If you invoke your constitutional rights (1st, 4th, 5th, 6th, 8th and 14th Amendments) verbally and they (all public officials and public employees) violate any of those rights, the DOJ can prosecute for deprivation of rights and it is a federal crime. That security guard worked for UNM (public employee) and the police both are public employees and any time there is more than one it is a conspiracy which is an additional violation. The punishment is jail time and/or a fine.

    UNM is almost certainly a subdivision of the State of NM. They don't get to control access, and even if they did, because they're leasing an office to the government that makes that office and related access publicly accessible.

    Auditors have their moments ... Mr. Freeman here - with the other auditors - has created a very nice and instructive video. I applaud the security guard , the police, the two other auditors and Mr. Freeman's narrative - particularly at the end. The next time a politician says they are going to create a new law or a new agency or dept. to deal with a problem I hope this video will open your eyes to the scam taking place. god bless us all.

    If the facility is closed down why is it lit up like a Christmas tree? Sanctions are only applicable if they have something to negotiate with, as with students. They have nothing to negotiate with.
