Does the Varg have more range than the Zero FX? How much lighter does it feel? I would like to know if it was homologated what the real world street range would be. My Zero FX gets 40 miles a charge +/- 4 miles depending on how I ride. If I ride easy for commuting it gets 44 and if I ride hitting 70 - 85 mph WOT runs for quite a bit it only gets 36. I am sure I could get even higher and lower but that is the REAL world range with an average of about 45 mph.
I genuinely guarantee, nobody gives a shit about the low power street range. People buying this care about how much range it has, while riding it like it’s designed, on a track.
@@MayhemjachHow does Hawaii define what an electric bike is? An e-bike is defined as a “low-speed electric bicycle” whose assisted maximum speed on a paved level surface, when powered solely by such a motor, is less than 20 mph.
The thing is that the speed you were riding at seemed very very slow, like a lot slower than what your typical person would ride at. It looked like you max went 25mph?
@@Mayhemjach 286 lbs to be correct. Are you saying that your got rid of the zero because of the weight and then bought a super bee at about 90lbs less.
That would be cool. This was just a comparison video. I’ve done 10+ e-bikes the same way. So far this is the most range besides a zero fx. That had 91 miles
@Mayhemjach ahh yes definitely if you have compared the other models the same way . Makes sense . I rode one on a test day and went down 9% per 2 and half min lap time . ( so 18% in 5mins ) . But battery wasn't 100% . I took off at 82% and returned at 64% .
Title of the video sucked me in, but respectfully, this is not a useful range test for 99.99999% of the riders that will buy this bike. As I assume you know, this is a motocross bike that will rarely, if ever, get ridden in this manner.
Agree it’s just a battery range test. I’ve done this on the 8 other brands of e-bikes as well. It’s a fair comparison when you look at it that way for range
@@terrynicewonger5434 I could ride to work for a month based off this range test. I also ride off road as well but as a commuter and occasional play this things sweet.
these bike are fun bikes not journey bikes but it worth trading range for fun because every second counts wit that power! Great video.
Great real-world test video I loved it thank you
yes, but sadly only with 10hp. i dont know a person who will ride it that low :(
Why can’t anyone just ride the bike straight without stopping ffs
Thanks for uploading!
More videos in the works! Yeee
Damn man finally. The Stark
Please make new range test 😊 new update improve range on Stark Varg Today 😎 i am really curious about the new range test 🙌
I’d love to. Hopefully I can borrow the bike again.
this would be god tier with some supermoto tires
🔥🔥🔥

I was averaging 40 mph. So the stark looks like it has better range
@@Mayhemjach I am averaging 60 miles on my 2023 Zero FX and I have pushed it to 80 miles being conservative.
There is no way you getting 36miles averaging 70-85mph 😂😂😂🧢

For the commuting aspect of the bike this is real world range testing. Thanks for checking out my channel.
@@Mayhemjach Who commutes a dirt bike? lol its not street legal.
Luckily in Hawaii its still considered an e-bike so we can.
Every data is welcomed about this bike

Any way to get it without the 2k gold inlay
A dirt bike that does not need maintenance every time you ride it :) Priceless Plus kyb Found my next new purchase
I thought that was you passing me in traffic at laniakea.

Correct, this is a range test. What actual mileage could you get if you were wanting to use it as transportation.
It went into limp mode on a 24 mile hare scramble when set at 50 hp. I couldnt even finish the race. Not happy.
Dang
I was thinking about getting the ZERO FX, how are those bikes?
Good power and range. But it’s 300 lbs.
@@Mayhemjach 286 lbs to be correct. Are you saying that your got rid of the zero because of the weight and then bought a super bee at about 90lbs less.
how about a mx track range test , cant ride these on the road . so be nice to know how far they get being used how they are suppose to be intended.

119 Kilometer find ich okay mit 20PS.❤
can u test the storm bee at average speed of 20 mph and see what range it get
If I’m able to borrow one I definitely want too

Good comment…most of no one .. buys this 70 80 Hp electric dirt bike to Slow ride town..
Still you can see the value vs efficiency in different scenarios. I looked up a range test like this specifically.

Doesn’t that ting take like 2 years for come in?
It’s a year back as of now
The bikes pretty heavy yeah? Look like it’s designed for racing & jumps vs trails. What’s your take on it compared to the ultra (in terms of trails)?
I haven’t rode either in the trails yet. But just the little bit I have road off-road the stark feels a lot better.
@@Mayhemjach Really? That's a shocker. Thanks for the info my man. Hope you have a good one.
i just watched a bunch of other guys ride it, one of them said it feels like a 125 and the rest said it feels super nimble
That wasnt a wheelie bro......
