    I love the video, very interesting. But I feel an honourable meention here is Seabelo Senatla, he played 7s for the blitzboks. He moved to the 15 code and played for the stormers. I could be mistaken but he ran the 100m in 10.60s.

    • @inusventer
      @inusventer 7 วันที่ผ่านมา +2

      And Trae Williams is also quite fast from Australian 7s, he was a 100m sprinter and has a PB of 10.10s.

      Thanks! Yes, two players there who are definitely deserving of being on this list! Seabelo Senatla is an bronze medalist himself from the 7s at the 2016 games.

    What a joke ngwenya.. It’s obvious Habana was in the back foot and had to reset while he had to adjust and start chasing.. biggest joke of a comparison EVER!!

      Yeah, that's my thought exactly, Habana was facing the other direction and had to turn and adjust

    • @BackToTheRugby

      He was so close to getting on our list and is probably on many others as he is lightning quick! We did manage to sneak him onto our thumbnail so not to leave him out completely! Great player and a great man.

    Oh you are so incomplete with this list so please spare a thought for Aphelele Fassi - a freak of nature and apart from his incredible raw pace he is fearless in the air, unbelievable under the Gary Owen and can step a defender in a phonebooth. Come on man some of the fellows on this list are also one-dayflies and their influence was only for a short while. Look at Christian Cullen not making this list either. A man who could run from tryline to tryline. Takudzwa Ngwenya should also not be mentioned. I am interested in seeing a list with Rugby Players who made their mark in Test Rugby and who played at least 30 games. Just a thought.

    Do you have comparisons over the first 30-40m? Rugby players tend to have explosive speed. You might also want to look at Cheslin Kolbe.

    • @BackToTheRugby

      Not on hand but that would be interesting for sure. Cheslin would high on that list for sure. His explosive power and speed is second to none!

      Thanks for your comment! Jonah Lomu comes close for sure! He was a superstar of the game and one of the best wingers of all time. He just misses out here when it comes for pure pace in our opinion. Definitely a top 10 rugby GOAT though!

    Senatla
    Dyantyi
    Hougard

    Kobus reinach
    Jean de Villiers

    Bro are you nuts? they for sure do not make their best times on the grass and with Rugby boots. they have made these times on a proper track then on the grass the run significantly slower. Plus, no way he would do the semi. maybe if he start to train just for this but boy everyone who get in the semi is a sub 10 seconds season best time
