You're right about little kids. Boy and girls alike stare at motorcycles every time. Lots of the time they wave, and I always wave back. Gotta get the next generation on 2 wheels :)
Traffic looks awful light , is this normal as if this was Australia the roads are like permanent parking lots with cars jamming every road , we now have half of China and half of India now living here so you can imagine the congestion .
I like your videos but would like them more if you didn't speed so much. Most London streets are max 30 you know. Not the speed you should get to in 1sr gear.
Idiot. I started riding a scooter in the 60's, then a car and then more recently a motorcycle. Some young girl walked out in front of a bus in London in 1964. I was going down the outside, not very fast but still flew over the front of the bike and ruptured my knee. The speed that he drives here neither the girl or himself would stand a chance. I still have a ruptured cruciate ligament to this day. An inner city is not the place to speed.
The girl in question stepped out about 10 ft in front of me and I stopped so quickly that the scooter flipped so it did have good brakes. If someone steps out too close it doesn't matter what brakes you have got. A split second reaction time and that is it. Where do all these gay comments come from? Why do you need to make it a personal thing? A bit too close to home perhaps, you want to come out of the closet but are afraid? He is a good rider but any experienced biker can tell by the acceleration through the gears and rate at which street furniture passes that at times he is well in excess of the limit and at some point, he is going to have a nasty accident because some other idiot is going to walk in front of him. My last word on this.
Adam you're the idiot here Adam. Speeding is inexcusable, you can argue all you like that better, modern brakes etc make it alright, but the fact remains that they don't. It's illegal, antisocial and dangerous. I don't know what I despise more, people who ride irresponsibly, or people who defend it.
Thank you Spencer. Someone who agrees with me. If you ride at speed alongside a stationary vehicle such as a bus then you have no chance if someone steps out. Allowing for reaction time and stopping distance it can be impossible. I am sure that my scooter in the 60's only stopped dead because I turned the front wheel hard over. as well as braking. Whenever you give a reasoned comment of these posts there is always someone who has to insult you. I suspect that Adam will turn his attention to you next.
Ron Seymour Adam can bring it on! The one upside is that people like him are statistically more likely to remove themselves from the gene pool. Unfortunately more often than not they take someone else with them. London is blighted with motorcyclists who flaunt the rules because they can and do get away with it. The loud exhaust thing is particularly obnoxious, especially at night when most of us are trying to sleep! I'm not saying car drivers are blameless either. The supercars around Knightsbridge in particular are a menace. I'd love to see a massive clampdown on all speeders and dangerous riders / drivers, with particular focus on those who promote themselves on TH-cam!
I think they need to reinstitute the police talks to the children in grades 1-5. It seems to me that that talk was not only educational it was also entertaining. When the red hand is up - DON'T WALK! When the green hand is up, look both ways before you cross. AND my favorite Bicycles follow the same rules of the road as do cars and trucks. That means you STOP at stop signs and red lights. I wondered, did you see the Storm Trooper just before that dude looked so strangely at you? Nice bunch. Stay safe.
The walk that does not compute (8:07), He just looked like he was about to Superman mode put his hands under the sill and toss the car out of his path.
Well, him and the woman crossing the road had priority but as typical, thw car just think "might is right" so barges through. Typical BMW driver really.
Enjoy your videos and the on screen annotations. Lived in London years ago and recognize a lot of the roads you ride on. However so much has changed as to be unrecognizable. If you have time, how about mentioning the roads / area you're on? Thanks :-))
Have you changed mic or modded the exhaust can hear the sound a lot better in this video, not that it always dosen't sound great. Also what gloves are you using and how do you rate them as have just used the last of the life my ones had in the recent fantastic weather.
Hey! Nothing done differently with the exhaust or mic, might be due to me giving a bit more audio gain on this clip. Gloves are Dainese Mig! I absolutely love them for winter riding, although I should have gotten the ''half sleeve'' ones instead of the short sleeved as they interfere a bit with leather jacket.
Only in London, will you find motorcyclists recording every trivial thing that happens on road and at light, and post it on TH-cam claiming that 'only in London does this happen'. Only in London will you get jacked off your bike by a group of moped chavs, and only in London could to defend yourself with a hammer through the visor slot, and get nicked for it.
In Monarch, Colorado, a smelly biker (hells angel or so) once tried to run over my fourlegged friend. I then took an iron bar from a workbench close by. You should have seen the stinker run. Cowards.
Guys is worth buying Aldi motorcycle gear to protect me or to spend £550 for everything from another shop ? Do you think Aldi gear can save me from hurting myself badly
Well, there is a reason why Alpinestars, Dainese, Rukka and other name brands are so expensive... Aldi will definitely HELP but remember, thats the gear that will save you, so its best to spend more money and get decent guaranteed quality.
I got used to doing it because of filtering, I need to act quickly if something happens. Bike has ABS though so It should be fine in case of emergency. Check this video where I explain that th-cam.com/video/UR4lg9_TZ1w/w-d-xo.html
Hey! No cb1000R coming my way anytime soon! I did pimp out my CBR600RR which I will show off soon on my instagram and possibly on some nice noise mountain road videos soon :p
bike sounds sweet mate...makes a change to see a decent rider instead of those morons who are looking for the slightest reason to cause shit because they've got a camera...loved the mata truck and the guy with the jazz hands in blue t shirt haha...
You're right about little kids. Boy and girls alike stare at motorcycles every time. Lots of the time they wave, and I always wave back. Gotta get the next generation on 2 wheels :)
Yes guys im still alive :D
Glad to hear you back ;) I hope all is good in your world.
I thought you abandoned us ;-;
No no! Im still around, just didnt have the time to be around :(

Ye! I did see the stormtrooper! There is normally a spiderman there, guess he morphed :p
Warning possible loud noises = Ear porn
the people who have gone over the red light I can understand a bit because in Cologne it is also so the traffic lights take far too long to turn green
Patriick still not a valid excuse
The Terminator part! XD
MrTemjin, i thoroughly enjoyed this video, you have a great sense of humour, chariots of fire really done me the look on his face 😨
I call it numpty moad ,and thats london for you.
You do put a lot of trust in other drivers, some of who may have no idea of road layouts etc.
The walk that does not compute (8:07), He just looked like he was about to Superman mode put his hands under the sill and toss the car out of his path.
He probably thought about it.
Well, him and the woman crossing the road had priority but as typical, thw car just think "might is right" so barges through. Typical BMW driver really.
chiszanf Let him do a Superman flip or toss it out of the way!
How do you get the engine sound so clearly? All I get is wind noise, whatever speed I`m doing.
3:06 No mention of the Storm Trooper nonchalantly strolling along towards what looks like a Tusken Raider
Stormtrooper used to be spider man :(
Thanks for noise advisory:)
I still am in love with your exhaust, we need to see the full 5 gear run mate :D
Very very hard to do as much as I wish to do it :( Ill get a similiar one of my CBR600RR soon :P
What a coincidence, I saw one of those old trucks today while walking the dog, they must be pretty rare.
And they look quite nice!

I thought about that, but even for me sometimes I dont know where im riding :p
Why was you in Wallington? There’s fuck all there mate lol.
NIce one..I can read your comments now!👍🏻
I tried =D
How come you don't use your horn in any of thos close calls that you had?
Have you changed mic or modded the exhaust can hear the sound a lot better in this video, not that it always dosen't sound great. Also what gloves are you using and how do you rate them as have just used the last of the life my ones had in the recent fantastic weather.

Did you get a tune or stock fueling?
He is back.....there is more to come :)

Long time no see, glad you are back :D
Bicycles have THEIR OWN LIGHTS!?!?!?
@thegrimyreaper: In civilised countries they do.
london is full of them .
3:07 who saw a star wars trooper?
if you were to hit that cyclist he would swear black was blue it was your fault .
In Monarch, Colorado, a smelly biker (hells angel or so) once tried to run over my fourlegged friend. I then took an iron bar from a workbench close by. You should have seen the stinker run. Cowards.
What Camara are you using-very clear film?
Hi Rory! I use Gopro! A Hero 5 and a Hero 4!
Strange movies and even more strange comments!

Hi! Its a Honda CB600F Hornet from 2012!

MrTemjin any good but cheap gear like I want everything within the range of like £500 and thanks for the reply
Stay safe
Love that bike's sound mate
Nice video! How do you record the sound of the bike?
Hi! Please watch this one th-cam.com/users/edit?o=U&video_id=KW-bCmptsk8
I wish you had a 360 camera so I can view it on my VR goggles and look at the surroundings while you ride...
I thought about that, but its quite a big investment and not sure my computer will cope (even though I have quite a good machine).
funny how people moan about speeding and loud pipes on a bike but hardly mention it when it's a car .
When its a car its cool! When its a bike its a hooligan that deserves to die..
Video was hilarious, love the bursts of speed.
lovely sound off ur bike
that exhaust thought
4:21 RIP headphones
WHY are you covering the front brake while riding, one way to crash when you grab a handful.
I got used to doing it because of filtering, I need to act quickly if something happens. Bike has ABS though so It should be fine in case of emergency. Check this video where I explain that th-cam.com/video/UR4lg9_TZ1w/w-d-xo.html
Good to see you back! Missed the sound of your hornet! Did you ever get the CB1000R?

It's a good effort, but the editing needs to be better to come close to RJ standards.
