since the 70's rich elitists were buying markets, and setting trends to make prices of all good go up by controlling industries with their wealth. in 1972, ground beef was $.63 /lb now we pay $9 /lb ...............how the fuck did beef get that high? its not the price of hay, corn nor land........... all of that was already paid for at a standard rate. the people who bought out all of these commodities on long term contracts bought their way to make us pay more in the long run. raising prices and they knew there was nothing we could do about it.

売れればいいや、美味ければ分かってもらえる、そこまでしたくない、そんな雰囲気です。店長なら尚更、店員なら尚更そうです。
なので老舗店が無く、記憶にも残っていないのでしょうか。
都会の片隅で長く続けるのは大変でしょうし、お客さんにも支えられてきたのでしょう。
