Nothing wrong with officials occasionally getting these calls wrong. But when the VAR official gets a decision wrong, they should be suspended. To get a call wrong when you have video assistance, from multiple angles, is not acceptable.
Dan as a Ref myself it is when VAR overturns decisions that are clearly not an obvious error like when they put the line across the pitch and the attackers toe (one inch) makes him offside that surely was not the purpose of VAR. Also subjective decisions. I do like the Refs (and there are not many off them) that overrule VAR and say no I was right.
I would love to see one of these videos in the VAR Box and get to see them have a go at it and also hear the officials that do the VAR and what they talk about.
Why not replicate a game of football and have just one ball, making it look harder than it is by adding extra footballs and multiple passers wont fall anyone, pushing this out now is no coincidence and they are still all terrible referees.
There needs to be more of this type of content. It's great to hear the referees side of things also.
They are linesmen not refs
@samarthchohan106 No actually since a very long time they are now called assistant referees. They don't refer to them as linesmen anymore.

Coote was present on that day. But he was busy sniffing the lines on the other half of the pitch
Behave. 🤣😂👍🏼
plot twist: all were offside since the defender was the last player
Don't mind me, just wondering why the PGMOL controversy has been buried
Actually looks a lot harder than I thought

God I love Carragher, he’s a funny lad

yes I think they ALL good with the lines
Its a shame they dont use gopro or something like that, so we see it from first person perspective.
Turned out he couldn't be a linesman, so he was made head of PR for the PGMOL instead.
This was before Jamie hires a stylist
wheres the real referee or var ref training? gary might fancy that 'coote white powded sniff' session
Isn't this a re-upload from years ago?
I mean it’s retro for a reason
Damn that's hard... I'll stop talking nonsense about referees 😂 😂 😊
