    Ive been 2 weeks in Monopoli for work as a greenhousebuilder but the weather is way better in Italy ;p

    The unbrella that broke was not a senz umbrella lol, that was a normal one.
    That said, the "it always rains in the Netherlands" is a bit of a myth. It actually rains about 8% of the time SOMEWHERE in the Netherlands. But this is equally counted when it is "motregen" (the very fine rain you hardly notice) or when it is "Noodweer" (literal english translation would be emergency weather, it can be that severe). In 2024 there was about 850mm rain in total which comes to about 2.3mm a day. on average. (Sources: Weeronlline, KNMI and Compendium voor de leefomgeving)

    To sum up; we Dutchies like to nag. Whether it's raining or not, or even if the sun shines like it does in Italy, we nag. Period.
