How that dog breed won when it could have easily not been on the list at all, is something I'll never understand. Like where are the maltese, poodle, pitbulls...
I mean that breed is one of the most popular breeds in the world. They're literally considered national treasures from their country of origin.
And they're super pretty. People stop me and my pup on walks because they just want to take a pic of her adorable smiling face. And at least in my area; are pretty rare.
