when I start a new drawing it defaults - not to the workspace - but to a layout tab. Also- the layout tab is preset to size D paper. I would expect to be able to set that up separately after/when I setup the settings & format in the drawing. Why are the drawings defaulting to that?

I need help. my lines turned invisible! Even my UCS icon as well. I can see the lines when trying to draw but it disappears when applied and leaves a small dot. The lines only appear when you hover over it or gets selected. The ucs icon is transparent and noticeable dots. Please me help me. I'm a newbie to this and I'm also trying to find ways to turn it back to normal.
+Cj Vaans Try those: - the line belongs to a layer that you turned invisible (''eye closed'') - the line has transparency set at 100% - the line belongs to a layer with layer transparency set at 100% Since the UCS is not visible, probably it's the *Layer 0* the problem.

Martens Hatege Right above the command line in the right corner of the screen hover the mouse over each icons. One of them is the spans settings. Right click on it and it will show a list that has all the choices. Midpoint is the second from the top.I hope this helps.

Full volume is still hard to hear on this tutorial, other tutorials have louder volume.

Simply click on your workspace in a point you want to place your project in.
