The “Oddfellow” house logo looks to have a C and O in the logo. That maze may be called Carnival of Oddities. It looks like he will be the icon this year and his carnival will take over the scare zone at the front of the park where the pumpkin lord took over last year. They could still have a mix of characters from all the houses being controlled by him. So excited for what’s next!
This spec map made our week, didn’t it?! Stranger Things reappearing makes me so freaking happy! The claw marks either screams werewolf or bigfoot. The guitar and devil horns feels like Robert Johnson/devil/crossroads related. The scarezones are hit or miss based on what we have been given, but I would LOVE for Oddfellow to be part or the zones/hoards. The M3GAN hoard concerns me. I don’t want to be chased by a whole sea of her 🤣.
I'm super excited for this new Speculation Map! I'm glad to see Stranger Things on it since Season 4 would be perfect for a house (I remember watching some scenes and being like "oh that definitely needs to be scene/prop in a house"). Now just for another announcement...
I believe we had a Christmas themed scare zone on the previous map. Perhaps those horns are for Krampus? I would be ALLLL about that. Love me some Krampus lore. haha Overall, I'm liking the new speculation map. We are seeing some pretty big shifts in how the are laid out. I wonder if we're going to have different entrance locations for some of these houses. There is a lot of construction going on and I'm not too confident we'll see the walls near E.T. down in time for the start of the event...it's very difficult to navigate around back there, let alone have 2 house entrances. I'll be sad if Stranger Things is near the front of the park again. I love the Duff Stay and Scream location. Also, it's odd that we haven't seen any mention of Stay and Scream returning this year.

Those symbols are zodiac signs, not hieroglyphics. It's interesting as that scare zone sits outside of where the speculated witch house is (please let that witch house be good!). Someone figured out that particular scare zone may be Dark Zodiac which showed up at HHN10 in Singapore last year: it's the zodiac signs that lead to the resurrection of the 13th zodiac sign. Could be amazing!
San Francisco’s scare zone seems to be the top of a ram skull. This is a common symbol in satanic worshiping, etc. I feel like i have seen this logo before, whether in a movie or somewhere else. Also, Death Eaters in Diagon Alley! Very excited that they moved them over from Islands.
The New York scare zone is actually astrological (zodiac) signs (Leo♌️, Capricorn♑️ , Cancer♋️ , Virgo♍️ , etc), which I’m SO excited about if it’s true! 🙈 I’m actually REALLY happy with this spec map!! Ughhh cannot wait for HHN!!! 👻🎃💀
@@nightmareseeker6996 I’m not sure. Maybe they play on the “bad parts” of the signs heavy. Like, for cancer, it’s like a weeping lady and Gemini has 2 faces. Or, they’re people mixed with the animals, like for the Scorpio, it’s a man mixed with a scorpion
I don't think the trees and claw marks are a werewolf, for the fact that Universal has used the Wolf Man from the Universal Monsters just last year. I think it's more likely something like Bigfoot or maybe even the Mothman.
I keep praying that they make a house based on animes and not just one but more, something like other previous houses did, like a slaughter sinema but from animes from let's say crunchyroll

My opinion the whole minion thing has gotten annoying. There's just too much of it. I was really disappointed when they took out the monsters. Cafe to replace it with the minion crap. That was my favorite restaurant, I loved the theme.

Other rumors I’ve heard for the Forrest with the slash marks is another Yeti/Bigfoot type house.
Sad that we still have to just speculate lol. Next announcement is probably August 31st 😂.
