Hi Asiya. I got overall 7.5 today and 7 in speaking. Your videos played an important role. My cue card was quite difficult for me but still I made up an answer and it went well. It was describe a change in daily life which helped me save a lot of time. My fluency was excellent.

A good friend has just changed schools and is having difficulty fitting in and needs your advice.
Write a letter to your friend. In your letter
• make suggestions as to how they could make friends
• suggest joining clubs, participating in school activities
• give any extra general advice
My answer (Introduction only):
Dear Asiya,
It was great to hear from you and congratulations on changing to a new school! I'm sure you can't wait to start adapting to your new school, but you've asked for my advise on adapting to your new school and I honestly believe making new friends sooner than later is the answer.
My question is what subtle way can I use in other not to repeat the phrase "new school" three times like I have done in my introduction and please if you could rate my overall introduction.

Hello there! I am not convinced that the number of words is not relevant as long as we cover each topic. The letter in video has 220 words and in computer-based exam, the system does not allow one to write more than 150 words. It would be difficult to write a letter on this topic with hard constraints.

What is the maximum number of words for both task 1 and 2?
How many can you write in sixty minutes? ;) There're no definite max word count, only minimum. The goal is to write two good answers and finish both

Hey Asiya, I'm a native English teacher. I've noticed you often use the /s/ sound instead of the /z/ sound. For example, when you say the word "letters" you should use a /z/ sound and not a strong /s/ sound like you do.
Just a pronunciation tip for you.
No one is interested in how you pronounce s or z as long as the listener understands your idea. Thats all good.

Hope you are doing good. It's always pleasant to hear from you. Congratulations on your exam results! You'd asked me about the advice regarding what you should do before joining the university. Well, in my opinion, you should get a job.
Since, I personally know you, job would he the right option as you are financially bounded. Moreover, travelling would cost you an arm and a leg. To explain, travelling includes costs like food, accommodation, transport, etc. Apart from your financial situation, I'm pretty sure, you'll get exhausted as you don't like to come out of your comfort zone.
I believe, getting a job is totally the right idea as this will not only help in gaining experience but will also help in getting to know people from the corporate world. Additionally, you'll also earn lucrative salary with which you'll be able to come out of your financial situation.
Adding on, I know you are great at writing articles. So, you should start looking for companies that are hiring Content Writers.
I hope this letter proves to be beneficial for you.
