Furman PM-8 - help!!

Does anyone know how to fix the displays on these? Apparently it's a common problem....

Did you find the reason? I I just purchased on of those PM-8 power conditioners and it has the same problem, the LEDs don't work. (Mine comes from Chicago)

No one has responded yet. Mine came from eBay from....Colorado or Oklahoma or somewhere...If you get it figured out, could you reply back?
