House Flipper: Paint and Sip

The Barn video that I just did gave me an idea for a House Flipper 1 video. There is a property called "The Picturesque Loft" and I thought it would be the perfect location to implement my friend, Irene's suggestion, so I set up a Paint and Sip at the Picturesque Loft.
