Thanks for this and all your other great videos. Do you really think it is necessary to use a coax cable for this?

I didn't use a coax cable. The cable is a RCA Audio/Video cable that I had in my wire collections. I just cut off 1 end and the other end, soldered the 2 wires to pin 13 and 15.

@@DarrenN4VFR Thank you. I haven't watched all of your videos, though I did watch a lot last night. Can you tell me how your SunSDR2 DX compares to your 7610 (or any other high-end radios you have now)? I am awaiting delivery of a SunSDR2 DX myself and am very excited. Just keen on your opinion of the SunSDR after having it for some time.

@@VK5IR In Texas where I have my SunSDR2 DX, that's my primary radio and I like it a lot. I do have a used Anan 200D that I'm still troubleshooting with the receive signal problem. Once I figure out what's going on with it, I will move it to Texas. The IC-7610 is in my Florida station. I have too much power line noise from the utility poles around my QTH and it makes HF communication not so pleasant. That's why I bought the Anan 7000DLE Mk3. It does wonder with the RFI Interference. I like the pure signal and the NR2 on the Anan 7000DLE. I will definitely still keep my SunSDR2 DX. I have it altered for 11 meters if I ever needed to talk on there. With the SunSDR2, you need to understand a little about computers. I hope my videos on the SunSDR2 will be helpful. 73's de Capt Darren N4VFR
