This has apparently happened in the past, so I can well believe it. Also, there was the story of Netflix people laughing at her breathy schoolgirl voice sample when she was trying to push for the starring role in her “Pearl” project. It was apparently the highlight of one of their parties. The A-listers obviously find her both hilarious and tiresomet. The Hamptons is where old money lives and plays. There are certain unspoken rules, and quite a bit of staunch social etiquette. By swanning in and playing at being "royal", when clearly she is *not* , and pretending to be "elite", when she doesn't know the rules or understand the habits, she's made herself a laughing stock within the upper crust of the Hamptons. She has also made herself a gauche interloper and queue jumper who thinks a title makes her "better" than the hard working women who were there. She really mucked it up. PR should've known better. Heck, even her outfit and layers of jewelry was rather tacky, in my opinion.
