We prefer a stiffer whip when first training until you are good with that. That's great! Liza grew up showing pigs in 4H. Both our boys are now showing pigs.. Our younger one shows a dog too.

My boys pigs first walk was not like that. It just ran up and down the outside of the pen. Couldn't get it to go wander anywhere.
