We don't keep a boar for breeding on our farm. It is another mouth to feed. They can be destructive to your property, fences and buildings. The size that a boar will get to can harm the sow when trying to mount. They limit your genetics. By purchasing boar semen shipped to you, you have hundreds or even thousands of boars to choose from to diversify your herd and genetics.
