I think most of us know that it's not accurate to how she is portrayed, but the fantasy is that this is a side that she'd only show Aether in a potential Aether-Keqing ship. Pretty sure many people in Liyue have Rex Lapis figurines and that doesn't mean they're childish. It means they respect and admire him, which is exactly what Keqing tells us in her voiceline. For people who venerate their god, buying merch is completely normal, and basically everyone in Liyue venerates Rex Lapis. Also, i'm pretty sure most people in the fandom don't see her as someone "childish", since her character is someone composed, quite serious, uptight, mature and hardworking. At least that's the impression it gives me, everyone i know who plays genshin, and what i pick up of the genshin community as well. Yes there are memes which don't show this, but that's exactly why they're memes. However in reality, everyone knows she isn't a childish character, but instead a very mature one, especially when compared to most characters.
