I don’t know if you can post in other languages on Medium. If not, you can search on Google for other platforms where you can post in other languages.

This is not something I look into but how long has it been that you’ve written your article? It usually takes time to rank. Up to 6 months even.
Also, if there are other articles on websites that have high domain authority, then your article might not rank.
