Hi Joe, nice to see you in front of the camera for a change. What a great video, one of the best I've ever seen and a great result. Did you win? All on running line which shows that it is not all super long expensive poles. The action looked great on those rods and the clutch looked good on the reel! Some great footage showing the fight very well, didn't need the music but a great thumbs up. Take care Bill

Nice video indeed. Who doesn't love a pellet waggler session?! Joe, you mention you use an elasticated feeder stem. Some time ago I was surprised and disappointed to find that the Preston version is not fish- 'safe' (unlike the Guru one which pulls through) so I don't use them. Comments welcome.

makes you wonder how many nets to take, on these carp matches? Plus there not cheap items. To have and not use, 💪💪👍

Hey up Joe. Had to stop fishing due to life threating illness. In hospital a year. Now am bk on roofs I wanna start fishing. What pole would you recommend, my budget is £1000 max. Could I get a 16m package for that. My last pole was a maver 401 but it was 2nd hand and it had areas on the pole that felt spongey. Thanks mate!👍

    Hi

Another ridiculous rule regarding net weights. We all have different size nets. Some 2.5 metre, some have 3 metre etc. Where is the evidence that having 70lb in a net as opposed to 50lb is detrimental to the Fish? We have all seen how Carp group up over feed. They bash the shit out of each other when spawning. The rule is a joke from some not so intelligent fishery owners.
