    Good info. What substrate is below the aquabar paper? (On studs)

      This one has half inch denshield screwed to the studs, then Aquabar on the denshield. Most of the showers in our area have a green board but this one has a denshield

    You mentioned there’s waterproof behind the mortar. What did you use behind the float??

    I though floating was water proof.

      This was red guarded for crack prevention. Some, white bodied subway tile is so soft you can get hairline cracks. Putting the redgaurd prevents that.
