Tiamat from fate grand order is approx. 74,000,000 KM tall, or just over 53x the diameter of the sun. assuming she has an average BMI (somewhere between 18.5 and 34.9) thous would put her weight (assuming earths gravitation pull) somewhere between 491464960000 lbs and 6045275784000lbs. for simplicity's sake we'll take the halfway point between these numbers and say her mass is 2,389,693,737,054 kg. assuming she was summoned on the surface of the earth, the following would happen
1) she isn't tall enough to reach the nearest plant, so luckily our mommy would not bump her head. however:
2) she exerts a gravitational pull of approx. 952,538,004,404,407,707,608 tn on earth the surface almost instantly turns into a boiling ball of lave, everything on earth "falls" toward her, but immediately begins burning upon entering her atmosphere (she does have her own atmosphere, and has a surface gravity of 70 millions times earth.
3) this also causes every object in the solar system to fall into her atmosphere or begin orbiting. everything would be thrown out of its original orbit, potentially causing collisions or complete absorption into the solar space of mommy of destruction.
basily complete chaos would ensue. regardless of the outcome everyone would die almost instantly. this would however be 100% worth it, because mommy mommy bark bark bark bark ba-

I went and looked at the distance between earth and jupiter and earth and Mars.
The distance between earth and Mars is about 54M km (at their closest point in orbit), so her height would be roughly one and a half times the distance between earth and Mars.
The distance between earth and jupiter is 588M Km (also at their shorter distance in orbit). So she fits almost 8 times on that distance.
Earth has a diameter of 12,742Km.
I don't know what to gain from those numbers, but it would give a slightly more approachable perspective on the sheer size that she has.. I hope 😅

This is wildly wrong btw.
BWI is a simplification that sort of assume a range of horizontal cross sectional area, which is roughly true due to humans are all roughly the same size.
But if you are super big/small and to proportion, you would grow in three dimensions which means the mass would be cubic to the height. Even if her density is only that of an average human, she would be roughly 1000 solar mass in... mass. (lb is a measurement of weight, which doesn't work well when you have your own gravitational force. Use mass unit please)
Also, the gravitational calculation is wrong. Her "surface" would have less pull--because a lot of her is very far from you when you are on her surface(because she's big). As it were, if we were to take the simplest shape, spheres, and assume the same density, the gravitational force on the surface would be directly correlated with the radius--the mass increase in cubic but the average force from the mass (which is roughly equal to that of the center of the sphere) will have a dividend of radius squared due to the distance, ergo leaving you with just one radius.
So given that she is 1000 times bigger and more massive than the sun, she would exhibit roughly 10 times the gravitational force on her surface, which would be 300 times that of Earth (the sun is only 30 times that of Earth despite being 333000 times more massive for much the same reason, actually the sun is less dense which is why it's actually "smaller" than the cube root of that)
She would become the center of the solar system, due to being the most massive object in it.

Two things:
- You can only summon Tiamat as a younger version of herself (in arcade), and then evolve her to a mommy. Not really a new concept there...with Ibuki, Kama, etc. Her weight is well, the entire ocean. Basically unquantifiable (at times, literally infinite).
- Irene is definitely hot. Also sorta immortal. Also doesn't have a sense of taste. Also probably insane due to the immortality and may have have an obsession with body snatching. Her fate in Fairy Tail was and still the most bullshit out of the final arc (was the catalyst of making me drop the series as a whole). Like taking the already stupid and overblown deus ex machina of the series and mark it up to 30, where even the dumbest hardcore fan cannot justify it.
She looks even hotter in the manga. She has curves for days.

Yeah that whole arc was nothing but a series of asspulls. Every fight ended up being against a seemingly unstoppable opponent with some hax power that was in a completely different league, and then a main character would just win and counter or are immune to their opponents overpowered magic just because.
To be more specific for Tiamat, as the goddess of saltwater, her mass also includes the entire ocean she creates, her weight is basically immeasurable because the muddy ocean she creates is made of "imaginary numbers" and thus have no conventional weight. Her hunched over dragon-form itself is a more modest size with just over 60 meters, meaning her standing form shouldn't reach higher than 200 meters either, which is still quite tall, she's about as tall if not taller than many incarnations of Godzilla (though there's another dragon in the Nasuverse, Albion, which appearently was said to be taller than a mountain, at least 2 kilometers, in its full form, quite a lot more impressive if I do say so myself).
