I actually would not recommend providing free PDF Downloads with HoneyBook. This is something that is more suitable for an Email Marketing tool - there are some great free ones out there too if you don't have one already! 😀

There may be ways you can accomplish this! What you can do when it comes to automations and conditional logic is have your packages as your "Project Types", then create an automation for each project type. Then when someone inquires, it will send them the booking information for that package. The only caveat to this, is that people may not know which package they want when inquiring, so it really depends on your process.

There is currently no way to do this unfortunately. They did just add file uploads to Smart Files, so I am hoping Lead Forms & Contact Forms are next!
