Hi Lyn: I just wanted to tell you how I love it when you stroke your plants. There are two videos that I suggest you watch: Plant Sounds;Thomas Christie published
Apr. 21, 2015 and Singing Plants at Damanbur: Bruce Starr. They blew my mind with an entirely new respect. Let me know what you think. Loretta

Thank you for a very clearly explained and illustrated video. I've looked at a few of these in my time and people are always in such a rush to do it they never show what they are doing properly.
Lyn, if you had a leaf of this plant left over I would really LOVE it. Your Pegasus flowering video was what brought me to your channel in the first place as it is a completely amazing plant.

Excellent job from both of you! I'm amazed at those long, FREAKY red stems and several of the South American and Mexican cactus plants have a slightly more reddened or purplish skin, during the winter time. I'm planning a different kind of a redness video for you though, haha. Thanks for cutting it up!

Hi, just came across your video. I got 2 from my late mom. One white one that seems to be dying, not sure if it coz I moved it to the side and put other things with it? It has the afternoon sun, in a long plant holder, so later on I will check it out and prune it and maybe repot it to save it. The other one is at the back of my house and has just flowered and is red with more flowers to open. Think I must repot it as the pot is now finished, perished from the morning sun. This one is also a big one and seems to still be a 'happy' plant not like the sister one on my stoep 😉 thank u for putting this out there ❤️😉

Pruning before the flowering cycle will effect the blooming. These bloom off previous years growth. If you prune off new growth you will not get flowers! Always prune if needed after flowering and before new growth starts.
