Thank you for sharing. I’ve suffered so much from Xanax and antidepressant withdrawal over the years as well. I’m almost done. Absolutely unbelievable what people have to suffer through.
You’re welcome ☺️ 🙏 It’s absolutely criminal what we have to go through, and how psychiatrists and doctors get away with this. Stay strong 💪 and hang in there. We’ll heal in time.
Greetings my friend. I too am suffering immeasurably from what these drugs have done to me. I am no longer able to function or live in any capacity. Every minute is torment. Although my issues are very different, the torment and suffering we endure is not acceptable. I would like to ask that you try to keep spreading the word, and possibly even change the title of these videos so they might be more easily found.
Im sorry to hear man, it’s beyond words what these drugs are doing to our bodies, and how the prescribers are getting away with murder. I promise to continue raising awareness around this subject for a very long time to come, I’m not going anywhere. I’ll change some of the titles of these videos and I wish you the best on your healing, tapering journey. Eventually we’ll heal in time and have the ability to live our lives again. Hang in there 😊🙏
@@livingunderachemicalinflue5849 Thank you for your message. I wanted you to change the names of the video in hopes that it might reach more people. I will take a look into how to beat the algorithm, and try to come up with something. I saw you already did for a few, so thank you very much. I’ve directed some people to watch your journey, and I hope that it helps them. I definitely agree with you. It’s sad and it’s sick. This as a result of care should never happen, especially when someone is seeking to better their mental state. I know in time you will be well again. Your life will feel like a miracle. As it is easier said than done, please hang in there my friend.
Very good to hear you are very well informed. Every thing you have said is TRUE. 😡 Best wishes for your healing. 🙏 p.s There is a training video currently being made for doctors regards these drugs, withdrawal & tapering correctly.
Unfortunately too late for a lot of people Michelle 😔 I think the best people to help with tapering are the ones who’ve survived the withdrawal process and can pass this invaluable knowledge on to others. Just my opinion. I hope you’re progressing well on your healing ❤️🩹 journey.
@@livingunderachemicalinflue5849 Yes, too late for many and very sad that often they were not believed. I agree with you, lived experience goes a long way when helping others. It's been one hell of a life changing journey. At this moment I feel confident I will make it and be well again. 🙏 Take care of yourself.
How are you doing today? This was 5 months ago. Thanks for sharing this. I'm going through tolerance withdrawal from xanax. It's been terribly rough and debilitating . Symptoms are awful. Best of luck to you.

Hi there, unfortunately still not well, surviving daily. I have akathisia still unfortunately, it’s more frequent in intensity during the evening. I’ve been on SSRI/SNRI drugs a total of 17 years till now, including tapering. I was on a high dose of Citalopram for 9 years, 40 mg and started off on 75 mg of Effexor, now down too 2.5 mg over 8 years.
@@livingunderachemicalinflue5849 I wonder why did you decide to come off the meds, I wonder? So, for 8 years you have been experiencing akathisia? Mine is more internal, how do you experience yours? Can you sleep? Is akathisia your worst symptom?

You ever look into Carnivore/KetoVore diet? It’s helped my mental state a lot while trying to get off Duloxetine. Just want to pass that along
Thanks, but I’ve suffered a traumatic brain injury during this tapering process, so trying to avoid inflammatory foods.
