I put some on this plant, it makes the mechanical noise a bit less . . . .

Keith just watching the fly wheel how the the spokes look off center does that effect the balance and would it help to balance fly wheels

In this small size and at this low speed, it's not important. Some machinists don't true up the centre Boss which makes it look worse. I didn't make this one.
