One day in college, our teacher asked us to close our eyes as they played a piece of music. When they asked how we felt, I said I felt like I was in a cemetery-my own cemetery, where I was the one who had passed away. Since that day, I've been listening to this music, which feels like the essence of an eternal soul. It's been almost five years, and I still haven't found anything like it-it's simply incredible.
It is just more than music, i dont feel like just listening to a list of sounds yet i find myself in a postwar area in which everything is destroyed, full of bodies on the ground and blood.. just like i feel while watching "the stonning of soraya ".
Good! with this improvisation! or with this trumpet solo in 2011! Ibrahim Maalouf, reminded me of Miles and Chet Baker! and I'm commenting in 2020! This one!!! artist is really something to consider with an authentic virtuoso in the ART of playing the trumpet! without comparing the years in which the two enlightened trumpetists lived!
