Yeah it against there policy and won't be accepted by fedex. You can try asking some department stores if its okay for you to have the boxes they throw away.

Yeah the rates could get a little high, all the more reason to lot them together for bigger margins.

I use priority mail boxes and wrap them in brown shipping paper.
