Hello Josh, thanks for an honest review on the bag; The key issues you covered are important especially for adventure riding. David...Adelaide...Tiger 900GT & Scrambler.....nice....
If I didn’t already have a set up. I like the yellow one, I’m all for being seen/ noticed by drivers as early as possible😂 Josh, that silver graphic you don’t like, could be reflective? Purpose designed to face the rear for night rideing!
I need to dust off my camping kit soon, got a couple of days away in a month or somit. It seems a false economy for them to fit cheap brittle clips on these bags. Maybe your 40l bag is with a certain amout of folds on the waterproof seal, you mentioned that you only are able to give it 1 fold with that kit in?
NICECNC reckons their bag is actually 66L but the Osah is really more than 40 because of the way they measure it 🤷♂️ But yeah getting some Rok straps to test out soon so the shit buckles won't matter. Thanks for watching mate and hurry up with the RC build vids 🤘😁
I to did the same thing went to a 60L my 40L was a pain to pack my 60L seemed a lot wider than your 66L tho. But for the price of your bag not to bad. I've never used there straps always ROK straps and I actually like the Velcro zippers are just another weak point in the long run. Great review tho👍
Velcro tends to weaken and wear out over time as well so I dunno, I guess as long as you can still roll it that's the main thing. Cheers for the comment mate 🤙
nice review Josh 😁👌 have you ever thought about getting larger side bags and carring less on the rack (weight lower down ) thats what i do and find it handles real good off road 😁 only down side is bike might be a little wider 🤔 keep well mate 😉🍺
Hey mate can I ask a quick favour, could you put your helmet in your 40l bag and take a pic so I can see how much room there is. I'm flying to Thailand and need to put my helmet and so.e chiding gear in a bag. I can take other clothes on plane in a small carry on.. when I'm in Thailand I will have helmet out and just clothes in the bag so should be plenty for the 12 days. Taking a tank bag for electronics. I just want to see how big a bag I need . I'm thinking 40-44 will be heaps and then will double up as bag for the crf.
I don't have the old 40L bag anymore I gave it to a mate, but the "66" is much the same size in reality. Hope this helps cause I had to empty all my camping gear out of it 😜 mvdbr.com/files/bag.jpg
@MVDBR thanks mate and sorry for that. Thought it was a fair call after I've suffered through all your videos😝 I've ordered the Rhinowalk 45l bag as it comes with all the straps and seem to be reasonable quality. And an internal pocket. Thanks again heaps.
Yeah mate they were gonna send me some for a proper professional assessment (😅) not sure what happened 🤷♂ Might have to BUY some 😭 Thanks for watching Hammerhead 😁💪
I got the 66l NiceCNC used it just for a flight and the shoulder strap pulled the sticking out and the company gave me crap inwouldnt waist my money on that bag

I don't ride at night 😜 (unless it's a Steve adventure heh)
@@MVDBR hahahahah. Curious tho! Is it that night reflective stuff?
@@JorgeGonzalez-ei6ft I'm not sure, but those grey/silver patches on the ends are reflective.

Based on the dimensions on the Amazon add you posted.
20"x11.6"x17"
That does calculate to 65.8L
Yeah apparently the 40L bag is actually bigger than advertised, whodathunkit. Cheers mate thanks for the math 😎🤙

I'd say it'd hold around 44 lemon squashes. XXXX rated.
Mate I could get twice than in there if I had to 😅 Wouldn't wanna carry it on the bike tho 😜
