First on set June 2019 I was 59 loss of use of right arm shoulder 4 months of PT 7 months before I couldnt pull my pants up loss of strength did very well till fall of 2022 then worked part time till spring 2023 took 6 months off went back to work fall of 2023 then work ended and spring of 2024 pain in the front of both shoulders and pain down the right arm to elbow its now middle of may and the pain is In both shoulders 8 on the scale if I use my arms in any kind of medium work I'm screwed for days pain is staying longer and more severe I 64 now and realized work is no longer part of my life this sucks but one thing i don't do is pain meds this is bad bad bad bad 8 hrs a day earley morning 3 am to 2pm 😮
