Grandparents being cousins just casually being dropped.. that is a lot of information to take in, Mr. Wig
A lot of bad is gonna come from that. The next few videos I’m sure are going to be interesting.

His grandparents were cousins so you know

One thing Ludwig forgot and he doesn't use is a heat protectant on the wet hair before you blow-dry so you don't burn your hair over time. If you have frizzy hair and or thick hair try out a hair oil like Moroccan oil or bluemann's hair oil and it'll leave your hair feeling really smooth once you're done and is a heat protectant. Also if you have thick hair use a clay or a wax for the extra strength and if you have thin hair then use lighter products so it doesn't weigh it down and leave it flat a couple hours later.
true, my hair is straight but really thick, if i don't use any heat protector product to blow it gets coarse af, even if i do it easily gets coarse and dry, i was forced to learn on how to take care of my hair otherwise it would look like a dead brush
Moroccan oil works like a CHARM. I have long curly hair so if it can keep MY frizz down it will keep yours down too. Plus it smells REALLY good
Shhhh stop leaking secrets
I was about to comment that he didn't use a heat protectant, glad you did

Tomorrow is my son’s first day of second grade and I know exactly how I’m about to style his hair. Great timing.
That's crazy that people with kids watch ludwig, kinda blows my mind lol

Products mentioned at the end:
- Cremo Hair Thickening Paste
- American Crew Fiber Pliable Molding Creme
ain’t he using that yellow lid got2b?
american crew fiber 100% is the best to use ALWAYS.
its by far the best value for the best product for the widest variety of dudes hair and styles.
100% for the ppl that actually watch this video and like genuinely need this info, then yeah, american crew fiber is by far the absolute best one to get/use at the start while you're actually learning how to not be an effortless big fugly.
obviously after you get a grasp on how to actually look more attractive as a human being, you can start moving/using other stuff based on what styles and how exactly your hair is/works with.
like depending on how i want to do my hair id use stuff like quicksand (my hair is way too thick for claymation), or sea salt sprays (all basically the same shit tbh) and then a 4 hold hairspray/tresemmé
nowadays since my hair is longer and i dont like having short hair like ludwig most of the time, i rarely even use sea salt spray. i literally just hair spray my hands then do my hair and get it good, then another spray all over the hair to hold it
(since editing comments on youtube app doesn't work)
edit: especially/likely when its wet/towel dried after a shower (damp but not WET, SOAKED), and then with the hairspray. im sure every guy has experienced that, after a shower with towel dried hair a bit, their hair sometimes looks so fucking good (legit like ludwig in this video after wetting his hair a bit)
so that in addition to hairspray, can make it hold that semi wet look/style for the entire day, which can be soooo fucking nice looking with some additional styling/squaring/tidying up manually using your hands before the full lock spray over
Man it sucks these type of stuff ain’t available in Bangladesh
so many men don't realize just how much good-looking hair that had some effort put into it raise someone's appearance by like tenfold.
We do it's just a ton of us are lazy. I always got buzz cuts and never let it grow out until the pandemic hit and all the barbers were closed lol.
^^ What this dude said, but another thing is sometimes the situation ain't really right for it. Like if you're in high school and aren't awkward (like you're friends with a lotta people) and don't wanna have to get it pointed out by half the school then it's just way too much effort
you know his grandparents being cousins really explains a lot

I don’t think we’d mind a few vlogs here and there, I like the style of it
Yeah I enjoyed it and I don't even have straight hair
helpful tip: using the cool setting on the hairdrier after using heat on it (pls also use protectant) it helps set the style.
Lud’s content recently has felt like the older brother that I never had doing his best to give advice to my dumbass about college, money, morales, style, etc. Perfect timing as well considering I just started college.
This reminds me of that one scene in the dark knight where joker was doing his vlog out of nowhere
We’ll wasn’t there two times where he recorded a video of him killing someone and he put it on the news
This explains so much, both the hair and the grocery list of things with ludwigs appearance. Still look fly my guy, regardless of that yoinky sploinky dna
YOINKY SPLOINKY DNA IM CRYING. But fr it does probably explain his chest hole, his wonky eyes, and his extreme shortness
This felt exactly like the meme where zac efron gives dating advice. “just walk up to them and ask. It works for me all the time”
This is literally the only reason I stuck around initially to your channel, I just wanted to know how you got your hair looking so good. You are very entertaining and funny, however, and I love your content. Keep it up, Ludwig!
I have actually been waiting for this video for ages, thank you ludwigo
It’s all fun and games until Ludwig says
“My grandparents are cousins”
i love how the english major refers to a comb as a brush
The entire worlds population: aftertaste
Ludwig: After-Flavour
As a hairstylist, you’re doing amazing sweetie
Thanks for teaching me how to style my hair! I've been asking for this video for around 2 years!

lud’s grandparents being cousins finally explains the eyes and chest hole hahahaha 3:34
These irl vlog style videos suit his crackhead humor, I love it. Also, he’s right, us girls do it better.
Lud giving dad advice is so wholesome. Time to cleanse our face boys
As a woman with a long Afro this tutorial was super helpful

Actually going to follow this! Needed this thanks!
This actually helped me a lot! I always spread my product just straight up through my entire hair, and my problem areas never went down, it was so annoying. I'm gonna try this.
He has some goated hair genetic though. His hair wet, no product just combed up has more volume than mine w product professional done
Hair has to be trained over time. His hair has been trained to go up, whereas if you never do your hair, it will be trained to go down.
He uploaded this Right after the ended the stream too what a mad lad.
LMAO THE” | Ludwig” IS SENDING ME
"we're a mustache away from problematic" lmfaooo
Finally, good Ludwig content.
As a guy, I never use a hair dryer, yet I was always looking for volume in my hair. Thanks Ludwig for showing me the proper way to fix my hair style!
Love these unironically helpful videos by this man.
need more ludwig vlogs
Og's know that Ludwig has told streamchat that his grandparents are cousins before
Things I’d recommend differently. /elaborate on (doesn’t mean they’re right):
- Experiment with blowdrying with and without product already in your hair
- Keep your hair slightly damp when you put in product
- If you like playing with your hair, don’t use gel. It can end up flaking and make you look like you have insane dandruff (from experience)
- For shiny medium to high hold, use pomade. For matte high hold, use a clay/paste. Personally I like Pacino’s; it’s easy enough to just get at target. I’ve tried American crew fiber and it didn’t work for me. If you like natural oil based products, check out Reuzel’s. It’s slightly more premium and slightly harder to work with but the results are the best you can get for a lower price.
- Change up your hairstyle ever 3-6 months, if you like something, try it out. Your hair can grow back if you do something you’re not too fond of.
- My last point, experiment experiment experiment. This is the most important thing. Everyone’s hair is different. This is coming from a white male who used to rock the exact exact same style as Ludwig, and probably will again for the start of my last year of school.
We need more of videos like this
Thanks, I didn't really realized that I could use fingers for problematic areas in hair first. Would love to see more real life tutorials in the future!
I love how he casually drops that his grandparents are cousins in a video about how to style your hair lmaooooo

Finally!! Now this is the content I subscribed for
As a curly haired dude u are so lucky this is all u have to do to your hair

Thanks Lud just getting over a break up and I stopped taking care of myself, this video helped my refocus on myself.

lud, *_please_* keep evangelising to the straight boys about the magic of the hair-drier. it's important.
Ludwig: I want higher audience retention!
Also Ludwig: watch me do my Hair as I talk about incest...
For a guy with similar hair genes as lud, this legitimately helps
