💫Build Quality Rating:
This Winnebago Journey was built very similar to the 40P. In fact, many of the parts are interchangeable. After going through the coach, John and I gave it a 9.5. There wasn't much wrong and we only saw very minor issues. If you are curious about the fan, it had not been installed yet. It was on the to do list of the manufacturer.

I have found my soul mate, I need warm wood in my space, and, the continuity of that thru out the unit is soothing and welcoming. I love the layout altogether, it would be home for me!!!! And the outdoor amenities, perfect! The televator I'd deal with, yes, something around the base to deflect crumbs, etc. I'm in love!

Great Review by the way the doors are also Self-Closing if you just push them in slightly in a second they pull the door closed automatically. Ride Safe Mike
you are right about the televator - right next to the prep area of the kitchen. The solution would be to put a folding "table" - in the drawer (like in the 40P), providing extra prep space. Even if that would mean making the TV smaller. The way the design is now, it has clearly been designed by somebody who does not cook in an RV.
I really loved the folding table in the 40P and I think you make a great suggestion adding it to the 34N.
I agree about the spill possibilities at the televator. I like your solution. Or a drip pan of sorts underneath. Thank you!

Haha omg, John didn't hit his head on the slide out. He loves his recliner testing job haha. I also agree with you on the television. I have wondered why no one had asked that question before. If you put a lip on the counter, it takes away from counter space. So actually, that is not my favorite place for a TV.
We were lucky enough to run into the Journey designer and she is very interested in feedback. Thanks for sharing how you feel about the countertop and televator. I think Winnebago will listen.

i would agree the televator while it is great that it is across from the theatre seating it is a big concern for leaking fluids from the countertop.

Very Nice rig! I'm with you Sherri on the placement of the televator. I love your solution for preventing accidental spillage into the television space.

I really like the combo dinette/workspace, the residential refrigerator, all of that beautiful wood. The whole coach has a cosmopolitan look to it. Whirpool washer and dryer? Nice!👍Ceiling looks higher as well. Great area for a c-pap next to the bed. Well thought out.
Pet Peeves:
Televator placement.
Not sure about that bathroom. Seems a little small?🤔 I understand that it's a shorter rig, though.
While I love the light and bright furniture the flooring color could be a little bit lighter to offset the darker wood finish.
Um, that price? -THUD-
I do have a question regarding the material used for the recliners. The pattern was great! I'm wondering if it was pleather or a vinyl material used?

You make a good point about the bathroom. It is a bit small. Our Bounder bath is bigger.

I was thinking the same thing about the televator. Why couldn’t they switch the theater seating areas with the televator? You may lose some counter space but at least you don’t have to worry about any spills.

It's an odd placement next to the stove and it seems like most viewers agree. Switching the seating area also sounds like a good solution. Thanks for sharing!
I had the same comment on the TV placement it's just a bad design. Than anyone would pick up on. Otherwise great layout.

I feel it can be a real issues and there should be a barrier to keep food and liquid out of the televator

I can't see an issue with the televator being close to the induction cooktop. I guess they could put a gasket around the top. Overall it's coach. Maybe a bit overpriced
Thanks for your feedback Michael. Production of the 34N has been delayed for a couple of years. First models are just starting to roll out. It will be interesting to see if they decrease the MSRP given the market has cooled down a lot since 2021.
I don’t like that kitchen at all -you are right about the televator -That kitchen as designed doesn’t have any counter space 🙃

We prefer the 40P layout. The kitchen design makes more sense,
Televator location takes away counter space for kitchen activities. Poor design.

Maybe they should do a pull down screen and a projector. That televator looks like a problem waiting to happen.
