Tim, I’m really glad I found you here, this is awesome! I can get my way around the neck and I know to repeat licks and what not, to leave open space and let the listener bring themselves in, all those kinds of tricks… But I just haven’t really been out a lot mixing it up with other guys.
I do play with a couple guitars locally at their house, it’s time I got out there… I got a feeling your videos are really gonna help me ! I just share this with a couple of Guitar friends here in Denver.

Big thanks Doug! Super glad you enjoy the vids and thanks for sharing! I was in Denver about 20 years ago on a snowboarding vacation.

Thanks for this lesson man! Those two simple patterns slow sound like me hacking away. But at speed it sounds like George Benson. I feel the need for speed!

    Thanks Tim.
I've been doing a finger exercise across the fret board. It's helping, for sure.
But THIS finger exercise also gives me something to PLAY, to evolve into.
    MAGIC.

Searching for major thirds reinforces the chord you are play - of course, a major chord!!! And you can hear it. I love No. 5 - have the song going in your own head and get the groove going in your playing. Excellent video Tim D. Jimmy was a little reserved today LOL

Finally someone said what they are thinking about for soloing! I don’t think I’ve heard anyone say this is exactly what I’m thinking about or seeing on the fretboard as they play. Okay, maybe others have said, but it’s never seemed to as straight forward as Tim has stated it! Thanks!

These concepts will open the doors wide open for guitar, players wanting to learn how to play decent, solo's on the fly. Help Tim by smashing that 👍
If Jimi Hendrix supports this guy, then we should too. 💯👍
