Holy shit,..... I hit the jackpot with this video. Man... This was by far the best illustration mainly because of the audio you used and how the different changes affected your tone. I was able to hear exactly what you did. If you can make this video using an amp or axe fx for a specific tone or vairity of styles, that would be great. I'm subscribing to your channel. Thanks bud.
That's an Aussie accent if I ever heard one, mate. I have to say the editing and visuals on this video are incredibly tight and the explanation is very straightforward. Job well done! :)
Best explanation I've found on the topic! I'm taking a mandatory class in Music Tec and I'm extremely confused. I hope to find all the answers needed on this channel!
Maaate! You're a genius, I recently upgraded my sound system, to a Yamaha rx-a3070 and my old kenwood krf-v5100d-s didn't have much in the way the rx-a does, I'm learning about the rx-a and it's parametric EQ, up until this, it was relatively easy, I've researched heaps on it prior to buying it and since, but found little on it's parametric EQ, watching this was a great help to my learning curve, now armed with knowledge you so well have presented here, I'll be getting that bit more out my Yamaha rx-a 3070, I'd bought the last one on the shelves October last year in Australia 🇦🇺🇦🇺🇦🇺
I need further understanding about the changes the Q is makin. Say for example, i choose 4khz, the adjust the Q from .50 to 1.7, will it sound dark or brighter? I mean, how will you describe the changes once adjusted?
