Coward isn’t the same as a gentle and kind hearted man. And personally I love ❤️ once loved a kind and gentle man and I married him. We were married 10 years and had 3 beautiful children. Unfortunately brain cancer killed him when he was only 37 years old. I’ve had a good life. I never remarried. I’m 78 years old now and I live with my oldest daughter and her husband. I’ve truly been blessed. 😇😇😇🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻
Good actor. I was so accustomed to seeing him cast as a bad guy in other shows, but he was very credible in this role. Like many talented actors from that time, he passed fairly recently.
I was talking to a young woman a few weeks ago (a friend of my 18 year old son) and I mentioned the show Bonanza and she said “are talking about that old cowboy show where the rich white people had the Chinese slave cook?” I was SUPER QUICK to point out that Hopsing was “employed” by the Cartwrights and was pretty much considered to be a part of the family. She actually said “slave employee whatever it’s the same thing” I was like are you for real? You mean in this day & age in the year 2021 you don’t know the difference between a slave and an employee?? I am simply mind-blown at what society, media, unengaged parents and our school systems have done to our children. They have destroyed them to a point that I don’t believe it is fixable. Our Country has got some very sad days ahead im afraid!
Yes, I agree with you. I've seen some comments posted that reflect the same mindset. And people sometimes forget that the show is not modern day, but 1860's.
The recent generation has been indoctrinated to be obsessed with race. They're indoctrinated with critical race theory which was created by communist academics who considered the civil rights movement a failure.
If I had engaged this moron young girl in a conversation I problany would asked her have you ever watched a episode of Bonanza??? Do you understand what time period the show was set in?? Does she understand relationship that Hopsing had with the Cartwright's?? They loved him like family. Just like they did Candy. He was not a slave. If you ever see this Ms Know it all again tell her watch the episode's Enter Thomas Bowers or The Wish. Bonanza was addressing racial bigotry long before simply minded dimwit here was born. Thus younger generation today passes judgements without facts .
Always nice to find shows with Pat Conway. He was so under-rated in his lifetime. The ending of this episode shows you how good he was.Thank you for the download!
You must mean posted with season and episode, I would like to see it there too! However. the title does get shown at the opening of each show overlaid on the word Bonanza...but I'd like to see it posted.
I'm at the tree and sack scene, and it's burning me up. I grew up around my uncle's horse barn, and he was awesome with horses. He could train one to Tennessee walk and won a lot of shows. He didn't use ships of torture, he could charm one. I love animals, and won't hurt any. I guess I was 8-9, and I could pop anything with a whip. Cans, bottles, I hit what I aimed at. But never an animal, except my older brother. Lol. One day, s man tied up a horse, put blinders on it, and went to shipping. I was badder than a wet hornet,. My pa held me back, till it was over, or he thought. That man laid that whip down, and I was real fast, but small. I whipped that man to the other end of that barn. He never whipped a horse that I saw, I'm sure he did thou. I got s whipping too thou. Pop didn't take to things like that, not so you could see. *wink"*

The girl wants a guy that is ruff and who is a Bully. Until that day when that bully takes his rage out on her. With a couple missing teeth and a blackeye,. Yup some women are just plain kookoo.
I looked up numerous articles to see if your comment held any truth. I can't find any source that confirms that any horse was mistreated. There is an article concerning a crime with the horses, but that has nothing to do with the ranch that rented horses to western shows or the actors involved in the shows. If you have a definite source for your comment you can share it, but if it's a feeling you have, then we all need to be careful not to express a feeling as if it's fact.
I saw 👀 this very woman in the Bonanza movie 🍿 The Mountain Girl 👧 only in that movie her name was Stephany and she was the mountain girls cousin. She was snotty and abusive to the mountain girl 👧 but the mountain girl made a remark to her that made her look foolish and the laughingstock of everybody there. 😅😅😅😅😅😅
For those who don't get it, hydrophobia (fear of water) is a symptom of having rabies. Worse for Hoss... if the racoon was indeed rabid... the first vaccine treatment for rabies wouldn't be developed for another 20 years (1885)... he would almost certainly die.
I’m not a fan of horses but if I’m not mistaken but that’s animal abuse that poor horse won’t stand a chance long enough to live with that poor horse tied up like that and heavy bags on his back
There are definitely bonanza episodes that showed horses falling which is not right. The horses came from the same stable. And Loren greens horse was popular. He was in a lot of movies supposedly.

One of my favorite episodes of the show!!!!!!!
Wish Robert Walker was in more episodes of the show, he was really good guest star.
I think he was in one other episode. I'm sorry I can't remember which season or episode.

The Cartwrights don't even act rich. They work outside, and participate in all the labor.
Great episode. I enjoyed all the character growth...and the black horse's story.
How happy, and how much suffering. Robert Walker and those blue eyes and sweet face could calm any animal, even a human one

Hop sing was always one of my favorite characters I think because he was so well loved and treated as part of the family
The Lonely Man S13.E15
Always nice to find shows with Pat Conway. He was so under-rated in his lifetime. The ending of this episode shows you how good he was.Thank you for the download!
Perfect ending. ❤❤❤❤
Good episode. The raccoon bites would worry me though,...
I like Robert Walker as an actor, but I HATED the role of Charlie X on Star Trek. Seeing him here is refreshing after that.
me too star trek
Another good episode of bonanza
Best line on the show. "I don't wanna hit ya anymore!"
It would be nice to have titles for each movie!!!!

I like the dark one with the flaxen mane and tail.

No fear and running away from something that you know you can't overcome that's pretty natural doesn't make you a coward and makes you want to live
Thumbs up for hoss
LOL👍👍
~~ thumbs up~ I have laughed a lot at the end.
notarobot is the best downloader of Bonanza
Most people consider Mark Cole a coward, but he does not hesitate to step forward when his brother attempts to break a horse by torturing it.
Shows like this taught many good lessons. Us baby boomers are a testimony to that. What happened to our country?
Robert Walker, Jr. the son of actors Robert Walker, Sr. and Jennifer Jones
and brother to actor Michael Walker.
I simply love how everything works out wonderfully at the Cartwrights Bonanza.
Hate seeing Sheriff Clay Hollister paying an evil part like this.. he was really a good actor..
He couldn't be too good an actor, or you'd have enjoyed it.
It’s a very interesting episode.
Where's Roy Coffee????????
Deputy Clem is played by Bing Russell, who is actor Kurt Russell's real life dad. Kurt played Wyatt Earp in Tombstone, among many other great movies.
@@Pashasmom1 he didnt ask about bing russel and being kurt rusells dad he asked where roy coffee is, its a simple question that didnt need all the extra from the miss know it all
Roy musta went to Reno or Phoenix for a little vaca..! Lol
Been wondering that the past few episodes myself. With his big brain, he's probably locked himself in his own jail and forgot that he has the key.
The girl wants a guy that is ruff and who is a Bully. Until that day when that bully takes his rage out on her. With a couple missing teeth and a blackeye,. Yup some women are just plain kookoo.

Hell never tame that horse. He has run free for too long. He'll die first.

Why comments about Robert Walker? He wasn’t even in this movie 🍿.
YAAAA HOP Sing BACK
They totally ill treated horses in this series. Also the stallion was black to begin with and it was a dark brown mare at the end

@@user-pd7il3xz5j you only have to know horses and watch the show to see that except for Ben's horse the others in the show are generally poorly off
@@user-pd7il3xz5j did you not see how the stallion was racheted up to the tree to break it? Most stallions lay down and die if treated like that
