I want to call this the 'demo' version, but idk if I'll ever re-sing it so I won't. Essentially, I was sick when I first recorded my vocals. Then I waited, got better, took care of all of my Halloween songs within the last week or so, and then woke up with a sore throat AGAIN and couldn't sing it all out like I wanted to. I need sleeeep.

Yanderes play with a perversion of the idea of love. The more extreme examples are just the ones that get more attention, and they can be any number of sub-types.

I remove ones that monetize it and/or don't credit. For the nightcore version (and a couple of other videos) I gave them permission to upload it but not to monetize it, but they did and I didn't explicitly and directly tell them they weren't _allowed_ to monetize it so I feel guilty just removing it - even though those are my terms on my website and TH-cam 'about'. I feel like I didn't make it clear enough when they asked directly. Plus, a lot of people discovered the song through people more popular than I am, so I'm thankful for that.
I wouldn't be frustrated at all if I didn't need the revenue to survive, but this is my job atm and they made at least thousands off of it with a pitchshift plugin. I've been working with TH-cam to add my original music to their content ID system so I'll be the official owner of any videos using my work, but it's too late to do anything about the money they've made off of it in the meantime unless I want to sue them over it ... and I wouldn't do that.

I just came back to this song after hearing the words “smoke and mirrors” on a tiktok and completely sang this word for word as if I’d never forgotten about it in the first place.
This song came out 3 years ago and yet We still have it as our ringtone until this day. We get it if Jayn has personal problems and we suppoert her still. She'll come back on youtube sooner or later. And the tik tok "I wanna be tracer" comments and the hate that THOSE comments are getting is making it worse for her. She's gomna come back on youtube and create peace on this channel again.

For me, the yandere trope is just that - a fictional trope that I find entertaining. I find well-written yandere characters in *fictional* media entertaining. I honestly think that anyone finding themselves longing for a yandere partner who is psychotic and _wants to literally kill someone - __*__literally take another person's life_* should seek help too, but at least you're not going around saying you're going to physically harm someone. For some reason I feel like I should correct you to say "unjustified homicidal thoughts'" here. There is some dark shit in this world after all and honestly... Ok basic story of the song, a girl falls in love with a guy who already is in a relationship with someone. The yandere girl kidnaps the girl her crush loves and holds her for ransom. So the "senpai" says that he loves the yandere to protect his girlfriend/ lover who is revealed to be pregnant. When the yandere finds out her lover had lied she kills the other girl and soon shoots the "senpai "

I remember looping this for hours and my mom was not pleased since she is not a huge fan of the yandere concept
I remember trying to defend my choice in music by saying "everything has something evil about it in this world, doesn't mean i can't listen to some music" my point was that just because i listen to yandere music doesn't mean ima act on any fantasies its all purely entertainment based
I listen to music also for inspiration on writing characters or stories and when the song provides so much context such as this song
It is nice because it lets my mind take off and i can enjoy music all while being productive with my life
