DUA is the future of the 50-100 dollar price point. Why will I continue to pay 80-120 for a decent designer house scent that barely projects for 2 hours and has weak 4-5 hour preformance........when I can buy a DUA with BEAST MODE projection BEAST SILLAGE BEAST LONGEVITY......on 95 percent of their releases. MASHAM RAZA is literally Changing the game and reputation of “clone houses” .......DUA IS way more than just clones.
The price point is no point at all. You can get niche quality ingredients for similar pricing... if you don't think so go look yourself. Noseparis sells Creed at 160 EUR for 100ml. DUA is $200 for 120ml. You're buying into THEIR (again, THEIR) narrative that they're ultra cheap when you're getting ultra cheap juice for niche price. I feel like people incapable of independent thinking are being duped. If you don't care about ingredients, or don't notice the difference, or only care about it being (sometimes) louder, then that's fine, but the pricing narrative is incorrect. People are confusing selling tiny bottles with being cheap, which is more than a bit silly. Personally, I do notice the difference and prefer authentic 9/10 times.

One day she told me how most people, including myself, actually waste their money buying a lot of these high-priced authentic perfumes because what we’re actually often paying for most are the bottles and the name. Now whilst quality of ingredients *does* hold high importance, once all is said and done sometimes people don’t feel or can actually shell out $550 dollars for 30 ml of juice off a name brand where they can purchase and be happy with something they personally believe is similar that is at _least_ 30 ml for 75 dollars. Now we can also debate copying other ideas but hey... I indulge in both sides of the spectrum despite what you say, what the original commenter says and my own experience for different reasons. There’s clearly a market for these clone or inspired-by houses so it is what it is.

By Man by D&G was my favourite scent in the 90s & was disappointed the line was deleted. Got my Dua Pour Homme today & I have to say its as close to the original scent as you can get. Its a great clone, long lasting & a great addition alongside my Creed, Tom Ford & Aqua Di Parma range. I highly recommend

Hey Dan, this house intrigues me because of how they do a mixup of different fragrances particularly not at a 50%/50%. I checked out their site and I was impressed by their pricing. I prefer something more dark, boozy and a bit leathery. If you have any recommendations from DUA that fit this category I'd be interested. Thanks.
DK ALBRYTE read my HONEST review. Remember Mr Smelly has a TH-cam channel and he was most likely sent much stronger versions than what they sell on their site, to promote Dua . I have no reason to lie. I bought 3 of Duas perfume dupes and all 3 were weak and only a lil close to the originals . They were skin scents after 15 minutes. Which tells me that no way are they extrait as they claim. If you use your common sense u will come to realize that they can’t make money using extrait and the same high quality ingredients that say MFK or Tom Ford uses and only charge $60. Think about it. I should have known better. But just like everyone else I fell for the hype and lies of these TH-cam reviewers .

I ordered 17 fragrances from Dua and allowed to macerate for a month. Even from the first spray great quality and projection and longevity. I was not disappointed at all I wish I would of pulled the trigger sooner.
Crater a Dua Inspiration which I have not tried but ordered is said to be indistinguishable from the OG MFK's Grand Soir and in fact most said longevity was greater..... same with Dua's Black Widow an inspiration from Nishane's Black Phantom....
I see, you should definitely get you're nose on them when you get a chance" it's in my opinion the more mature version of creed aventus" a richer deeper scent in the dry down and amazing bright opening.
I bought two from dua, Impulse and Celsius. They're clones of the original Dior Fahrenheit and YSL Opium. I put them away to "macerate" for 6 months and went back to them recently, and they are both quite remarkable in their similarity to their inspirations, or, at least, as far as a can remember anyway.
Nice list - I have a few of the same & all are great. Just surpassed 40 Duas in my collection with 2 more on the way - 22 shades of Poseidon (Aventus/Bergamote 22) hybrid & a back up of Frosted Empire (Memo Winter Palace) which is spot on.
Hated that Casino Elixir, sold it the same day it delivered lol. I like Supernova and today I ordered Queen of Spades. Hated Black Widow as well, sold it with Casino Elixir. Great video as usual, keep up the good work
Another great DUA re-do of a discontinued fragrance is Chypré Suprême, their version of Tom Ford's discontinued Moss Breches. I think that you in particular, Dan, would love this fragrance.

Thanks for the review! I just started looking into this house. I own three (Rosa's Thorn, Poseidon's Cologne, Shadow Play), I like to save money. I really like two of the three. The third (Shadow Play) doesn't do it for me, I own a few Middle Eastern Ouds that makes this one redundant. Good thing that I didn't shell out for Oud for Greatness :). I'm currently waiting on TUX and Caribbean Waters to arrive. That said and after watching this there are a several that I'm looking to try. I need to figure out if there's ungaro pour l'homme III how it smells really musky and thick didn't like it. While the one I thought I remembered smelling was a completely different fragrance and I loved it The one I smelled that was Ungaro Pour L'Homme III smelled really airy and sharp, not musky at all. It was a different fragrance. The two I've smelt thus far are the musky version. Do you know if there's a sharp version that I'm trying to discribe?

Very nice review. I love Dua's clones of expensive or discontinued originals, and their crafty, fun, and very well executed Concept Series of hybrids. I have the one with Aventus and D&G The One. Fantastic. I also have Vert Instinct and Vert Gentilhomme's Instinct. Green Valley is probably the most verdantly Green fragrance I've ever smelled. Its green is "lower pitched" than the GIT dna. I wish Dua would do a clone of Amouage Bracken Man. Bracken Man is a fantastic earthy, deep, dark Green Fougere. Very similar to the Houbigant Fougere Royale 2010 but even a bit darker and earthier. Bracken Man smells like where the mob would dispose of their hits. Lol. Earthy, damp, green marsh. Now that I think about it, it would be monumentally great if Dua would do a resurrection clone of the 1882 original Houbigant Fougere Royale formulation! Historic!

Been following Dua forever, finally just blind bought espresso delight. It sounds amazing. There are definitely a few from their offerings that piqued my interest.
@Mike Mike Johnson initial spray smells like Initio's Oud for Greatness to my nose - which I don't mind, I like OfG. The Drydown though is really nice. I've only worn it once , day before yesterday, so as far as notes I can't recall... just that it's overall very pleasant and has me looking at more of their products.

I love DUA. I get to try out high priced rare fragrances inexpensively. A few have even got me to buy the niche brand upon which they are based. I've got more than 10 of them and counting. Love almost all the ones I got. The couple I didn't like they were so inexpensive that I wasn't disappointed and gave them away.

I just bought 3 Dua frags. All 3 are MFK dupes. I love MFK, all of his scents are a work of art. I may not love them all, as everyone else I have my faves, but you do get your money’s worth. Update: honest review: I just received all 3 Dua dupe fragrances earlier today. I purchased the dupe for MFK Oud satin Mood, Aqua Universalis Forte and Bacarrat rouge 540 and Duas versions were all just such a huge disappointment. At first sniff the dupe for Oud satin mood was appalling then after a few minutes I did get a faint similarity to Oud satin mood then 5 mins later it’s all gone, a barely there skin scent. And I sprayed on a lot, til it ran down my hand. No way are Dua fragrances extrait. The BR 540 dupe was weak and not similar and the Aqua Universalis Forte dupe was actually the closest one, a very nice dupe, BUT, it didn’t last. Gone in 15 mins. NO WAY are Duas copies extrait de parfum, not with the very weak staying power . First of all they can’t make money selling extrait and using high quality ingredients like MFK does. As a fragrance collector I should have known better. But I too fell for the hype. All 3 of the Dua MFK dupes I purchased are weak and a skin scent after just 10 minutes. It pissed me off actually. I don’t know if this reviewer is lying or if Dua sent him “special stronger versions” made for review. Or if Dua has gotten greedy and has gone down in quality. Either way, my review is honest, I have nothing to gain or lose from lying. My opinion, save your money and buy the real thing. Dua is not worth the money. Even if u do find a dupe that smells close, it won’t last. None of these Dua dupes last even an hour, I left honest reviews on their site. I hope they leave them up because I know ppl who have left honest reviews with one or two stars and Dua took them down and left up only the fake 5 star reviews . THAT right there should tell you a lot about a company. I don’t trust Dua. There are much MUCH better dupe houses out there. Dua is one of the worst. But hey u don’t have to believe me, go try them out for yourself. As for me, I will stick with the originals. At least I get my money’s worth.
Wrong, I purchased the fierce that they released a few months ago, and it lasts all day. Better longevity and projection than fierce intense, gio armani profumo, mont blanc legend intense and armani code. Only one that beats it that i have is dolce and gabbana light bleu.
You never really note if they're worth the niche price per ML. That's kind of the most important factor given the whole AFFORDABLE thing they peddle for selling small bottles. Ultimately they're $200 for 120ml (at the LOWEST)... so they don't get a free pass for pricing. You can get Creed for 160 EUR for 100ml. Can you address that more often, where you compare them to equally priced niche fragrances?

High Seas of Everest- Notes: Bergamot, Lemon, Grapefruit, Mandarin Orange, Violet, Cumin, Basil, Rosemary, Melon, Cyclamen, Nutmeg, Jasmine, Ginger, Pink Berries, Coriander, Pepper, Vetiver, Cedar Wood, Sandalwood, Moss, Tonka Bean, Ambergris, Amber, and Musk. I got that one in about 3 weeks ago. Great summer scent imo. 2. Pineapple Express- Notes: Cannabis, Vetiver, Pineapple, Bergamot, Lemon, Yuzu, Cedar Wood, Pine, Vanilla, Thyme, Basil, and Birch. I don't have this one but I've smelled it and it's definitely next on my list to order next. Great summer scent as well.
DUA FRAGRANCES are far more expensive than even Chanel! You only get 30 ml in any Dua fragrance, which cost $55 to 65 for 30 ml, so to get 120ml, you need to pay $220, which is higher than Allure Homme sport extreme in 120ml. So you pay way more to buy a clone. That seems really stupid!!!!!

I ordered 17 fragrances from Dua and allowed to macerate for a month. Even from the first spray great quality and projection and longevity. I was not disappointed at all I wish I would of pulled the trigger sooner.

Crater a Dua Inspiration which I have not tried but ordered is said to be indistinguishable from the OG MFK's Grand Soir and in fact most said longevity was greater..... same with Dua's Black Widow an inspiration from Nishane's Black Phantom....

I see, you should definitely get you're nose on them when you get a chance" it's in my opinion the more mature version of creed aventus" a richer deeper scent in the dry down and amazing bright opening.
I bought two from dua, Impulse and Celsius. They're clones of the original Dior Fahrenheit and YSL Opium. I put them away to "macerate" for 6 months and went back to them recently, and they are both quite remarkable in their similarity to their inspirations, or, at least, as far as a can remember anyway.
Nice list - I have a few of the same & all are great. Just surpassed 40 Duas in my collection with 2 more on the way - 22 shades of Poseidon (Aventus/Bergamote 22) hybrid & a back up of Frosted Empire (Memo Winter Palace) which is spot on.

BUT be careful cause lately DUA is being shady. I've been waiting for 2 months for my last purchase and everytime I write to them they give me the old run around...

I have been hesitant to purchase samples of decant scents but I dont know who to trust. Its funny, I kinda thought there was shady shit going on. You arent the only one who said that. I heard they are thugs and they intimidate people into doing good reviews on them. If they dont they harass and get pushy. I read that about DUA somewhere recently

Thanks for the review! I just started looking into this house. I own three (Rosa's Thorn, Poseidon's Cologne, Shadow Play), I like to save money. I really like two of the three. The third (Shadow Play) doesn't do it for me, I own a few Middle Eastern Ouds that makes this one redundant. Good thing that I didn't shell out for Oud for Greatness :). I'm currently waiting on TUX and Caribbean Waters to arrive. That said and after watching this there are a several that I'm looking to try. BTW it's hard to find quality info on TH-cam about this house, so again thanks!

The one I smelled that was Ungaro Pour L'Homme III smelled really airy and sharp, not musky at all. It was a different fragrance. The two I've smelt thus far are the musky version.

Very nice review. I love Dua's clones of expensive or discontinued originals, and their crafty, fun, and very well executed Concept Series of hybrids. I have the one with Aventus and D&G The One. Fantastic. I also have Vert Instinct and Vert Gentilhomme's Instinct. Green Valley is probably the most verdantly Green fragrance I've ever smelled. Its green is "lower pitched" than the GIT dna. I wish Dua would do a clone of Amouage Bracken Man. Bracken Man is a fantastic earthy, deep, dark Green Fougere. Very similar to the Houbigant Fougere Royale 2010 but even a bit darker and earthier. Bracken Man smells like where the mob would dispose of their hits. Lol. Earthy, damp, green marsh. Now that I think about it, it would be monumentally great if Dua would do a resurrection clone of the 1882 original Houbigant Fougere Royale formulation! Historic!

Been following Dua forever, finally just blind bought espresso delight. It sounds amazing. There are definitely a few from their offerings that piqued my interest.
@Mike Mike Johnson initial spray smells like Initio's Oud for Greatness to my nose - which I don't mind, I like OfG. The Drydown though is really nice. I've only worn it once , day before yesterday, so as far as notes I can't recall... just that it's overall very pleasant and has me looking at more of their products.

I love DUA. I get to try out high priced rare fragrances inexpensively. A few have even got me to buy the niche brand upon which they are based. I've got more than 10 of them and counting. Love almost all the ones I got. The couple I didn't like they were so inexpensive that I wasn't disappointed and gave them away.

I just bought 3 Dua frags. All 3 are MFK dupes. I love MFK, all of his scents are a work of art. I may not love them all, as everyone else I have my faves, but you do get your money’s worth.

I just received all 3 Dua dupe fragrances earlier today. I purchased the dupe for MFK Oud satin Mood, Aqua Universalis Forte and Bacarrat rouge 540 and Duas versions were all just such a huge disappointment. At first sniff the dupe for
Oud satin mood was appalling then after a few minutes I did get a faint similarity to Oud satin mood then 5 mins later it’s all gone, a barely there skin scent. And I sprayed on a lot, til it ran down my hand. No way are Dua fragrances extrait. The BR 540 dupe was weak and not similar and the Aqua Universalis Forte dupe was actually the closest one, a very nice dupe, BUT, it didn’t last. Gone in 15 mins. NO WAY are Duas copies extrait de parfum, not with the very weak staying power . First of all they can’t make money selling extrait and using high quality ingredients like MFK does. As a fragrance collector I should have known better. But I too fell for the hype. All 3 of the Dua MFK dupes I purchased are weak and a skin scent after just 10 minutes. It pissed me off actually. I don’t know if this reviewer is lying or if Dua sent him “special stronger versions” made for review. Or if Dua has gotten greedy and has gone down in quality. Either way, my review is honest, I have nothing to gain or lose from lying. My opinion, save your money and buy the real thing. Dua is not worth the money. Even if u do find a dupe that smells close, it won’t last. None of these Dua dupes last even an hour, I left honest reviews on their site. I hope they leave them up because I know ppl who have left honest reviews with one or two stars and Dua took them down and left up only the fake 5 star reviews . THAT right there should tell you a lot about a company. I don’t trust Dua. There are much MUCH better dupe houses out there. Dua is one of the worst. But hey u don’t have to believe me, go try them out for yourself. As for me, I will stick with the originals. At least I get my money’s worth.
Wrong, I purchased the fierce that they released a few months ago, and it lasts all day. Better longevity and projection than fierce intense, gio armani profumo, mont blanc legend intense and armani code. Only one that beats it that i have is dolce and gabbana light bleu.
You didn't let them macerate.
You never really note if they're worth the niche price per ML. That's kind of the most important factor given the whole AFFORDABLE thing they peddle for selling small bottles. Ultimately they're $200 for 120ml (at the LOWEST)... so they don't get a free pass for pricing. You can get Creed for 160 EUR for 100ml. Can you address that more often, where you compare them to equally priced niche fragrances?
Casino Elixir is the 👑 of the hybrid at Dua but they have a lot of bangers, always having new releases. Becoming addicting 😅 #DuaPower

DUA FRAGRANCES are far more expensive than even Chanel! You only get 30 ml in any Dua fragrance, which cost $55 to 65 for 30 ml, so to get 120ml, you need to pay $220, which is higher than Allure Homme sport extreme in 120ml. So you pay way more to buy a clone. That seems really stupid!!!!!
