I wanted to add this about the period thing because working out and getting in movement on your period can be amazing for cramps and stiffness, indigestion. It's just not high intensity. But gentle yoga, stretching, and light exercise actually improves blood flow, oxygen flow, produces endorphins, and lowers cortisol levels, which all leads to lower pain levels and helps balance your hormones

emergency intercom is the ultimate cleaning pod fr I just rearranged my entire room and when I had to move my tv I just put yall on the living room Roku top volume no breaks and I’m diagnosed adhd and unmedicated so i credit all the work I’ve done today to this podcast and I didn’t even have a mental breakdown when I shattered my full length mirror! thank you enya and drew im going to eat a tuna melt now for my reward :)

I’m a security guard at a music venue and I find it so funny when people talk about how its sad we cant turn around even when we are enjoying it.
