WOW this is really good. I am glad that there is a teacher who uses video game music. You sir are amazing. Also, Grant Kirkope actually saw this and mentioned it on twitter. Good job!
Wow, this is great! This sounds better than some of the real orchestra videos I've seen/heard. And it's my favourite Tooie-level, too :D I wonder if these kids actually played the game... The teacher is certainly my hero of the day :)
Wow, this is AMAZING! I play this song on both piano and violin, which makes it so cool to listen to. I love Banjo Kazooie and Banjo Tooie, and I love to play a lot of their songs. I can not get over how awesome this is.
Wow, this popped into my head tonight as my favorite stage and song from Banjo Tooie that I played back when I was like 12. Was not expecting to find this! Just wow
MediaevalJames I was born the year it came out and played it when I was younger. My year in particular forgot, but every younger year knows for sure. Banjo is super popular with the new students in my school, I'm so beyond proud! I did a presentation in a buncha things a while ago, and I had nothing new to say to them, really!
great cast view at 1:11! BTW Snareica, notice that this time I made sure that I gave you an instrument that you didn't have to turn on before playing.....
Man, I wish my band class was this cool. We only learned generic pop music that was popular among my class. It wasn't my teacher, really. It was the students who wouldn't want to learn cool stuff like this.
Oh WOW! That Is awesome!! ❤
Kirkhope tweeted this
My god I wish my music teacher was as awesome as you. Had I been in that class, I feel I would have taken music FAR more seriously.

Incredible!
I will never forget you Banjo and Kazooie
Given that Grant Kirkhope has featured on the Classic FM Hall of Fame, I feel kind of nonplussed about his music coming up in school bands :P

There was awesome music, skilled playing, students dancing, AND a volcano in this video?? Well I can't think of anything more perfect.

I honestly wish I was a band director so I could make my students play songs like this.
The little baking soda and vinegar lava mountain was a great touch. :}
1:16 RIP Violin, Viola
Thank you!
So the game truly will never be forgotten by the new generation of games and gamers.

Sounds like the trap mix to Halfire Peaks. But in a good way!
I dusted off my dad's N64 after this...

I want to play the keyboard drums

AHAHAA THISS ISS AWWEESOMEEEE
Absolutely love this! But I wish the drum beat was either more tight or left out...

This makes me jealous of their music program and teacher, but I really like the brass
i wish i could have gotten the solo (other bass player)
Fire-side?

We were really good though
